Never a dull moment at this place. There are a lot of lanes, air hockey and cool little bar with a bunch of dart boards. If you come here on a league night or a bowling special be prepared to wait a long time. The place gets really crowded and if you dont get there early you may end up waiting an hour or two for a lane. Luckily they have cheap stiff drinks in the bar so the wait doesnt feel too long.

Ive been coming here since I was 19. This place is a local hot spot for all ages, and offer a great alcohol selection and is close to several restaurants, and will be opening a small cafe soon. There also a small idenpendent pro shop in the back of the billiards room. It also has a decent sized arcade and a bar with darts in the back. I defiantly recommend this place as a hang out spot.

Really the only bowling option if youre a Berkeley student. They have a lot of lanes, so there shouldnt be trouble walking in and getting a lane right away. Large groups constantly reserve lanes here, so that might be the only time youll run into trouble. I would suggest looking for deals here (free bowling passes from Cal football games) as an incentive to come.

Great vibe in an old-school bowling alley that hasnt figured out how to be hip and ironic. A bit expensive at peak bowling times, but non-rush hour bowling is dirt cheap. Or do a search for an online coupon (trying not to name a popular online coupon service) that is almost always available and bowl anytime for cheap. I just wish they had a pinball machine.

Had a groupon 2 for 1 deal. Pretty popular about 10 of us went on a Sunday. Really friendly staff, many lanes to bowl on. There are three sides you can choose from. They have automatic bumbers and a metal guide ti guide your ball if you choose to use these options.

Its a very lively bowling alley. I was surprised to see a mascot come out dancing! I went on a Sunday afternoon and the kitchen was closed, but they did allow outside food. The facility even participates in the kids free bowling for the Summer.

Tuesday nights are the best. From 8 PM - 1AM is $1.50 a game! Get there early though, Lanes fill up fast. If you are waiting for a lane you could rent the pool table by the hour or play air hockey.

The Albany Bowl is a one-stop shop for goofy fun and relaxation. Theres bowling, arcade games, darts, a cozy and friendly bar, and a full restaurant in case you get hungry!
