So we arrived and it was packed which we did not mind since we had been here before and enjoyed it. So the first lady that assisted us told us the price and gave us our shoes and socks. After that she took our card and told us that she would call our name when our lane would be ready and that after we were done she would give us the card back. So we waited around 45 minutes and we went to kindly ask how much more time we would have to wait but this other lady ( I think it was a manager) said with an attitude, "We need to put you back on the waiting list because all the names were called out already and you did not come up when we called you." (We know for a fact that our name was not called out because we were standing around the table right in front of their booth so we can clearly hear all the names being called out) So my boyfriend decided we were just going to leave so he asked for his card back and very rudly she said, " First of all we dont keep your card if we dont give you a lane. So check your pockets and wallet because we dont have it." She made my boyfriend take out his wallet and go through it and also empty out his pockets but there was no card. I didnt want to make a scene so I didnt say anything but I just felt attacked by this lady. So she asked him what is his name and what kind of card he has and she started looking through the cards and what do you know? She finds it. With an attitude she says, "Well your lane has been ready for the past 40 minutes so you can go on it or you can leave its up to you." So we left because she was rude and accusing us of lying but we dont like to argue or be that crazy customer so we returned everything and left. We will not be coming back because of this lady and who ever she is she needs to change her attitude and not accuse anyone of anything especially if she was not there to see what really happened.

Had a great time with my family. The prices were reasonable. The food a little pricey, the service was great. The basket that picks up the pins kept getting frozen two times but they helped us right away. The place was spacious, clean and very beautiful. We came in a party of 13 people and it wasnt busy. We had gone to the one in Belmont and the one in Belmont was packed, and expensive so dont regret coming to this bowling place.

Great place if you go with a Groupon otherwise too expensive. Outdoor look is not very welcoming. Depending on how busy they get the waiter service goes down couple of notches. Bowling lanes are well maintained although the software freezes and does funny things with scores. Great place for events and group parties!

This place can use an upgrade. The consoles are old, and entering player names is quite painful. Not every lane has the bowling balls properly distributed by weight. The lady who helped with the sign up and shoes was not that friendly, but she wasnt too bad either. Not a bad experience, but I have seen better.

I have rediscovered my passion for bowling. Mission Lanes is a clean fun place to go. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is top notch. Tuesdays after 8 or Fridays after 10 are my favorite times to go. Good clean fun with a lively atmosphere.

Decent bowling place. Looks like refurbished recently with leather sofas. There are some problems I noticed related to the work for bowling area e.g. balls will get stuck on sides if someone throws gutter. Lots of people complained including us

The cashier named ELI in this place is sucked. Even we already have 2 lanes, but I still went home right away because this guy has the worst attitude that I have ever met. I dont want to come back to this place because of him.

Get the summer bowling pass, its greatly worth it. Only restrictions is that you come before 8PM Mon - Fri to get 3 games or before 4PM on Sat/Sun for your games. Cost for the pass it ~$35 which lasts for 5 months.

This is just great fun for the whole family. From little kids to older folks everyone will have fun. The stuff seem really friendly and there is other things to do also, pool tables and arcade games. Fun.fun.fun.

The remodeling is nice and the games were fun. For some reason though our lane had issues resetting the pins and the reset button wasnt working, so we had to go to the front often to get that fixed.

Horrible customer service. Our lane happened to be dirty with food that was leftover & when we went to tell the lady at the front desk she gave us attitude . totally not worth coming to this place.

I go here often for bowling with kids. They have 6lbs balls for kids. Pizza here is excellent. Kids are kept entertained with the kids programs in the big screens. It is a fun place. Clean.

Loved it! Booked three lanes for work meeting and had a great time. the place is not crowded at all during day time, and the food (snacks) was OK
