A few years ago, my future wife and I were looking for a wedding site. We remembered M2 from the Lodi ZinFest and decided to swing by. We found out there were just a bunch of barrels in a warehouse so they got scratched off our list quickly, but we decided to drop in. Layne greeted us with that award-winning smile of his and started pouring. When we left we were wine club members. The people at M2 LOVE their jobs and theyre very passionate about their wine. I decided to cancel most of our wine memberships a year ago, but we kept M2 due to the continuous supply of fun, exciting and delicious wine that kept showing up at our door.

Truth be known, Lodi is an old and famous wine region. M2 doesnt have a big fancy winery. They basically have a warehouse with a bunch of barrels inside. However, if youre about the wine, their wine is fantastic for the price. The old vine zin is one of the best Ive ever had. Anyway, give them a try if youre in the area.

m2 has become my favorite winery. Every time I have been in the tasting room, not only am I treated to some great wines, I have had the fortune to interact with a great staff including the wine maker himself, Layne. If youre into the deep reds. it doesnt get much better.

Wow! What a wonderful event today. The release and wine pairing was superb, weather couldnt have been better with the music, and Im always surprised by what is unveiled upon each visit. Looking forward to the release of 2013 Alicante Boushet. Congratulations.
