We were at the Cinema to watch the new Jason Borne movie. We required the seats that have the bar that raises, and I had been assured there was one. We found that the only seat so equipped in that particular theatre was on the second row from the front and very much to the right. Very unpleasant seat considering there were very few people in the theatre. I was pleasantly surprised that the gentleman, manager? was so accommodating. He brought a different chair from upstairs and sat it in a wheelchair space. I was so appreciative. They need to make better accommodations in the future but for a temporary fix, it was great. The ladies at the counter were also extremely nice! When our cup got accidentally thrown away the manager took care of it! Thank-you for making a potentially very unpleasant day, a pleasant one.

Clean theaters, fair prices, nice movie selection. Currently if you go on Tuesday nights, tickets are only $5 each. Otherwise most tickets are around $11, and a large soda sets you back around $7. You can purchase a plastic reusable bucket for around $20 and refill it for $4 if you are a frequent movie goer. Some of the smaller side cinema theaters have odd seating due to the architectural restrictions often encountered in multi-plex layouts. If you get there early you can get some of the few ideal seats, even a couple in each theater that are larger and have extra leg room. They also play some interesting animated shorts, and high-end commercials (for Cleo award aficionados) before the movies so you arent sitting there just twiddling your thumbs.

This place is a dump! I took my family to watch Sully recently and found this place to be the worst movie theater Ive ever been in. The seats had black grease all over them, there was a foul odor in the building, and the arm rest was broken on my seat. The whole place was so old and dilapidated it looked like it came from a 70s TV Show....Sanford & Son. The small building is divided up in to so many small screen rooms, the screen is only just a few feet in front of the first row; Im sure the late comers who have to sit there leave with sore necks and headaches. I was on the last row and still felt wayyy too close to the screen. Sorry, but I wont be spending any more money at the Central Sh***ty 10.

Hot springs AR theatres get with the program. . 2 places to see movies both below standards. .why is Redbox wealthy this is why..whom ever is running the show needs to be fired! Thats in both locations..not smart! Seating below standards Interiors below average ..it looks like a a trailer park! In fact a one star is too nice. Prices are too high for these places ..should be a dollar theatre. Im not sure if you understand this but I think that entire shopping plaza needs to be bull dozed ..the biggest joke! Resort towns need more than awful places to eat with bad service and a casino racetrack. . Maybe the governor needs to consider why there are so many drugs and drunks and crime here!

Worst movie theater experience ever. Just watched Paranormal activity 3, screen was incredibly small, seating cramped and in bad positions. They must not card anyone because the theater was full of kids under 13 with no parents. The theater was dirty, everyone in the theater adults included must think moving watching is a group activity because it was like a bad version of mystery science theater. Couldnt hear half the movie due to constant talking and kids yelling voiceovers. No staff in sight during or after the movie. Terrible. Terrible. I live 5 minutes from this theater but the hour drive to little rock or benton is much much more worth it.

Worse movie experience of my life. This is not a rage. No, but seriously, the seats are very uncomfortable, the theater was dirty, there was no incline so if you sit in the back good luck seeing, and most of all the prices for concessions was absolutely ridiculous. The cheapest drink was a small water for $4.75. There were also two crying babies that were not removed throughout the entire movie. This is not how I imagined seeing Iron Man 3 would go. I definitely recommend the theater behind the mall instead. Anyway, hopefully everyones experience has and will be better, but you should be aware of these inconveniences.

Took my grandson today to see How to train your dragon 2. You dont pay at the ticket window, and there are no signs telling you this..I am thinking they just figure you will assume what to do. Really? ha ha! You pay when you order drinks and etc. Red flags right there, It is dirty, it stinks like a dirty basement, low sound system, chairs seem to be really old since they sink to the floor nearly when you sit in them. Very very old, needs to be cleaned up and updated in the worse way Would not recommend at all! I wont be watching movies while living here in Hot Springs, I will wait and watch at home.

we live very close to this theatre so of course it seems logical to go here to see movies when we want. the last two times going we had horrible experiences though. so many ppl. jammed in a tiny room and they dont come in to make stupid ppl shut up or turn off there phones. most of the other ppl there were so loud taking to each other across the room and talking on phones during the movie I didnt really get to watch the movie from the distractions. from then o.lb we have been going to benton and little rock to the IMAX which is awesome.

Went to see Crimson Peak with my wife while on a weekend trip to Hot Springs and really enjoyed this theater. Its a little older of a theater compared to our theater back home but I liked the vibe it had going on; reminded me of theaters when I was younger. The sound and video quality was good so no complaints there. Decent price for snacks and the tickets. Friendly staff. Note: If you dont buy tickets online, you buy them at the snack bar.

I try to avoid this theater when possible. Any new movies are put it in the low capacity-split down the middle seating room with terrible sound quality. Dirty floors in the lobby and in the the auditorium with broken old seats. Go to this place if you are desperate or cant afford driving to Benton or Little Rock. AMC finally bought this place, but its still awful. If you care about this theater, stop lying with the 3-5 star reviews.

Small town theater with big heart! The staff is always friendly and eager to help my students with special needs physical along with intellectual needs as they place and pay for their order. I usually have a group of folks that need extra help and have never had an ounce of problems or signs of irritation. The manager has certainly instilled great customer values in his employees. Its by far my favorite theater.

Worst movie theater Ive ever been to. Wouldnt go back if I were paid to. All the seats are covered with stains. The screens are small. Limited seating options. The floors are filthy and in need of being resealed. Walls are not soundproofed so you hear adjacent movies playing. The movie started 10 minutes late. Its well worth the 30 to 40 minute driver to get to a decent theater.
