This is where an Arizona resident applies for food stamps, AHCCCS state health insurance, job/trade training, and more. Ive been happy with my recent visits. However, the wait to be seen is very long. This time I was there just over 3-hours, but I have been there from approximately 9am until almost 6:30pm before. Their hours youd need to look up but I believe their open from around 7am till 4:30pm or 5:00pm. My last visit I was required to go in twice due to overcrowding upon my first visit.

Horrible!! I waited an hour and a half for my name to be called. No seating, crowded!! Staff was rude when I called to make an appt. Do not go here especially if your an expecting mom.they wont do anything for your morning sickness. Just tell you to go to the er!
