We went here to watch the Kansas/North Carolina game a few Sundays back. Everything was okay until it came time to leave. The credit card Id given the waiter to start the tab was nowhere in sight, nor was the waiter. Hed actually slipped out earlier so wed had spotty service most of the time we were there, but I just figured it was a shift change. I immediately called my card provider and learned that my card had already been used for a fraudulent transaction. The waiter that had taken over our table let me know that they would be discounting our bill 50% to account for one of their staff robbing me. I informed him that was unsatisfactory and requested to speak with the manager. Someone claiming to be a "manager" arrived with a lackadaisical attitude and an unwillingness to actually try and fix the situation. I told her to get the owner. Someone claiming to be an "owner" also arrived with a lackadaisical attitude, but after raising my voice to him I thought wed reached an agreement that nothing would be charged to us. I left without signing any credit card slips and made it explicitly clear to him that any charge from Pranksters Too was unauthorized. Somehow the account for the stolen card posted a charge from Pranksters Too, however. It goes without saying (but Ill say it nonetheless) that if a patron cant trust an establishment at such a fundamental level, the establishment needs to evaluate its own existence. The management and owner clearly need a refresher course on basic customer service skills. On the other hand, though, if they dont understand that stealing is wrong perhaps going back to preschool would be more appropriate.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for service. This was my 3rd visit the first being on the Kentucky Derby day. Service was great. I wanted to go and watch the Cardinals game and it was busy but not super busy. Our waitress seemed to be on something she could not get our order right. It took her 20 mins to bring us one beer and then another 30 to bring us water. When we ordered our food my sons not with our order nor was put in. Our waitress was just lacking any customer service. While watching the game. We were laughing at another waitress that was super intoxicated. Most of the people around us noticed it as well. We just laughed it off but when we asked to speak to the manager guess what! She was the manager. Totally explained the lack of service. This place only hires train wrecks apparently.. I would seriously consider somewhere else. We were so disappointed this time and will not return. You can bet that I will tell anyone I come across about how horrible this place was.

I was there for nearly three hours and not by choice. We let them know where we were going to sit and it still took them half an hour to ask us what we wanted to drink and then when we set our IDs on the table, the waitress yawned and watched tv for a couple minutes before looking at them. Then it took another 20 minutes to get us a pitcher of beer, 10 more minutes to get the menus, followed by another hour before we got our order. When the food finally got to us, it was a different waitress who was ruder than the last. I was absolutely appalled by the service and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone unless youre looking for sub par service, mediocre food, and a middle of the road atmosphere.

Went there on a Friday night and it was pretty slow. Sat down at a table and waited 15 minutes before we were approached by a woman coughing up a lung asking what we wanted. We said a menu. She brought us menus then sent another waitress to take care of us, which is fine, because I didnt want to catch her bronchitis. Apparently, the staff is allowed to drink on the clock. Our next waitress appeared to be wasted. We waited another 20 minutes for our food, mind you, we were one of two tables occupied. When our food was brought, I asked for a side of ranch. And then I never saw our waitress again. We had to go ask someone else for the check and a box. I will never return here.

Nothing.... worked here for many years and am ashamed to say so. At one time, this was an awesome neighborhood bar were you could meet up with friends for a few cold ones and get home safely. .....now.....dive bar is a kind term....i know the owners are hard working and at one time had a great vision for this place. I hope they revisit that vision!!!! 6 months later... Have Jen Smith and Renea as bartender/server. Excellence service!! Wing made to order (#lovedoubledippedwings )!! Bring em back Joe!!!!! If every experience were like today, i would drive from Mesa Every weekend!!! Thanks for the love girls, pranksters too went from zero to hero because you care!! ;@)

Great dive bar...very smoky outside, but the music is always bad unless you want to pay beaucoup bucks for the jukebox. Sometimes the Jesters Room (beyond the main bar) has some good talent on stage and always consistent service. As a former regular, I recommend the back room (Jesters Room) greatly and say leave the main bar to itself...you will often see this happen.

Always have an awesome time here. Great place for live music, food is great and love the outside patio to be able hang out, eat, drink,smoke and enjoy time with friends. Also, this is a place that seems to treat the bands that play here fabulous. ...which to me is a top priority. Kudos to Pranksters Too! !!

If I could give this place 0 stars I sure as **** would. If you like horrible service and waitresses who take advantage of drunk people and fill in 30$ tips for themselves, show up here!!! I am very upset I was drunk and forgot to grab my receipt or I would have pressed charges!!!

We went to a burlesque show there on a Sunday afternoon, and it was so much fun! There were some food and drink specials for the show that were really good, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend, at least for any burlesque shows there.

Go for game night or to hide from ex-girlfriends. Not a fancy place at all. The servers are generally too busy to help the customers but the appetizers are good and the customers, who make the place fun, are dedicated sports and alcohol fans.

Good concert venue. Well stocked bar. But they dont seem to run enough staff for events. The wait for service can be more than 10 minutes. Even when youre one of only 2 people at the bar, and they have just one waitress for the tables.

Pranksters is a really great sports bar , off track betting . Drink specials .Really good food. Fantastic view of camelback mountain from the outside table area. Very attentive service from the staff. I like this place alot

I started going here for lunch regularly. The burgers and cheesesteak are good and the service is great. They also have buzztime trivia 15 minute lunch break games. Update..I stopped going because the service got really bad.

The service is the worst I have ever had. Every time I wanted a drink had to go to the bar and get it myself while the servers are talking in the corner. The staff looks like they are all on something. Never again for sure!
