Being in the hospitality industry and having to deal with clients and guests on a daily basis I must say the managerial staff and employees at Park City live are some of the most unprofessional and difficult people / business to work with here in Park City! Their ticket buying system online leaves a lot to be desired, purchasing tickets during Sundance with an annotated Wi-Fi system outside their club, cause confusion to their system when the first transaction was dropped and needed to be processed again. We completed the transaction and went back into the club to exchange the received email tickets for bracelets. When we received our statement on our business credit card it shows two transactions were processed within two minutes of each other. We called the staff to explain the situation and they explained that there is no refund on purchased tickets. We explained the situation with trying to purchase them online on a smartphone and that the first transaction was dropped. We thought after explaining the situation they would be understanding and refund the first transaction. Having the system in place of exchanging your tickets for bracelets this should be an accounting process to show purchase tickets online and exchanged for bracelets is easy enough. I guess management doesnt understand the checks and balances of their own venue to see that only two tickets were exchanged for two bracelets and not for that they said or purchased. you would think to local businesses that desire to serve their clients and guest would be able to work out amicably the situation without much to do about anything. This is not the case, after repeated phone calls, texts and emails they will not respond back. Please hope that you dont have to work with these people on a professional basis, they are not professional!

This place has come a long ways from what it used to be. Once upon a time it was a 1 star venue. They charged outrageous prices for drinks, but now you can score a 3.2% alcohol Bud Light for only 5$, all other beers are only $10, What a deal!!! Definitely dont go next door to reasonably priced bars to pre-game before entering the park city live because we both know that saving money is for losers. Also, now there are far less heavily armoured police officers lining the upper mezenine watching and waiting to body slam and arrest any terrorist-like perps on the dance floor that threatened the safety of all the peaceful happy concert goers with their highly dangerous and evil marijuana use, but now it seems more of these police are pre-occupied with solving actual crimes. So as a local guide, I can only say this, the PCity Live is what it is, be informed and try to enjoy the shows despite the venues best efforts to thwart you.

Went to the dirty heads show. Doors supposedly opened at 8:00 and the show started at 9. We stood in line for about an hour until they finally opened the doors. We stood in GA by the stage for another hour and a half for the opening band to come on. Once they finished their set and we had been standing for a total of 4 hours my wife fainted. Once I helped her out of the crowd I sat her down on the floor (because there are no chairs anywhere) a bouncer came over and told her she could not sit because it is a sign of intoxication. If she wanted to sit we would have to leave. I bought her a water which cost me five bucks and then I asked if we could go out to get her some fresh air. Of course the answer was no. We ended up watching dirty heads play 4 or 5 songs and took off. Horrible experience!

Awesome venue. I went to see Cody Jinks sold out show on 2/16/17. I paid a little extra for a mezzanine ticket, and it was definitely worth it. There was nobody standing in front of me and there was a second bar up there, so I never had to wait in line for drinks. The tickets said that the doors opened at 7:00, but the Facebook event on Park City Lives page said 8:00. The doors ended up opening a few minutes before 8:00. It was a bummer to unexpectedly stand in line outside in February, but once they did open the doors, the huge line moved really quickly. The people checking IDs and tickets were fast and efficient. I look forward to going there again.

This is the worst venue weve been to. My husband and I were there to see The Dirty Heads during the Billboard Winter Fest. Buying tickets online was a nightmare and we did not receive confirmation after our tickets were purchased. The venue was SO disorganized in distributing wristbands and checking IDs. The show started way later than scheduled with a long lag in between the opener and main performer. The venue seemed to have audio problems the entire set and like many other reviews I agree that they need to figure out the bass. At times the bass overwhelmed the vocals. We will not return to this venue for any show.

I will no longer be going here, which is sad. I went to Park City for my first EDM event, W&W , and I was hooked. Ive come to realize though that the venue is not that great, the staff is generally rude, and my biggest issue...they dont care about the music, only money. I find it rather fitting that they are charging $125 for Tïesto tickets, when he also only cares about money. Das Energi tickets featuring both Tïesto and Marshmello were only $120 (a two day fest here in Utah). To top it all off, they sensor people who complain on their Facebook page. I will not be going back.

Nice venue, overpriced drinks and unfriendly bartenders. Not only did we wait 3 1/2 hours for T.I. to come out, but while he was performing, they had the "smoke" coming out blowing on us and DRY ICE was shooting out the pipes and was forcefully hitting me and friends skin! Our arms are all burnt up from the dry ice! Our feet were killing us from standing for so long but had to so we wouldnt lose our spots, couldnt even get a drink with enough alcohol to numb the pain and we get INJURED during the concert. Some thing will be done about this!

Its a bull s*#t venue !!! Me and my girl drove all the way there from montana to see dmx on the 19th and he never showed ... they kept telling us he was close and on his way so we all would stay and buy overpriced drinks . Well as it turned out he was never even it to the state and now they dont want to refund us for the 80 Dollar tickets we bought ... not a very good business model if you ask me , so I will never be returning to the venue and I will tell everyone that I can what kind of people run that venue

Bathrooms need serious work, lighting for walkways would help just a little, sound is okay and can vary depending on the night, have seen great shows here over the years, a little more maintenance and this place gets a higher vote. Dont make your guests wait outside in the cold when you could invite them to spend money quicker, they are less than inviting at times, overall prefer the depot and state room over this venue its in the too 6 around the salt lake city area for live shows.
