Absolutely terrible experience. We tried for over two months to book an event with them. They never answered our calls during business hours. We were lucky to get a call back the next day. Their explanations about their service were confusing and unhelpful. When we finally thought we had everything figured out, we asked for the invoice to reserve our date. They promised the invoice quickly and that they would reserve our date for us. It took them three weeks to get the invoice together and send it to us. They always had excuses as to why they couldnt get it to us. When they finally sent it to us, it had several mistakes. They charged us a fee for the "non-professional" catering, even though we had told them our caterer would be a professional. We sent it back for corrections. They took another several days to send it back and then gave us less than 24 hours to pay it. They threatened that if we didnt pay it, we would lose our date (promises are meaningless to them). We complained asked for the weekend to send them the check, they said we should find another event center, because we didnt agree with their business plan. So we wasted two months on some of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They are disorganized, condescending, and completely unhelpful. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to host your event. Weve booked at the Manor in the Riverwoods and are so happy with them.

I had my reception here back in April and was so glad I chose this venue! It was so beautiful and was very reasonable when it came to price! They have their own coordinator, Pam, who is available to help decorate with different selections of packages. I chose the middle package and it turned out SO beautiful and was worth every penny. Pam even went through the effort of growing succulents as part of my flower package! Above all it was worth paying the money to not have to stress about decorating yourself, its all done by the time you and your family show up! They also had the option of catering through companies they work with. I went with maglebys, and wish I would have gone with someone else but thats a whole other story. Bottom line is this venue is beautiful and all the staff involved was helpful and very talented! Thank you so much for my beautiful reception Copper Creek!

Excellent service for my brothers wedding! Very helpful facility with open space for dancing, restrooms, kitchen, brides room, and a great sound system with video projector. The owner was upset at the end and wanted us to get out without sufficient time to clean up, thats the only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars.

I had my wedding here and Pam is the best. My reception was better than Id even hoped for. It was beautiful. She loves what she does and shes amazing! Fantastic experience, if I had to do it again, I would come here a thousand times.

Its a great venue to have a wedding or even a birthday party. The only thing was a lady was starting to clean up at 845 and my neice had the place rented til 9. That was buggy for sure. But the place is really nice and big.

We had a great experience with our daughters wedding reception at copper creek. The venue was absolutely beautiful for the luncheon and reception. Pam was so helpful in planning, decorating and making this day so special.
