Ive been to this park a couple of times and my kids always have a great time. Theres quite a few parking spaces and theres also public restrooms right there by the splash pad and playground area. The whole playground is covered which is great for the summer and all of the equipment looks great. To be completely honest the splash pad could use a little love. It all functions wonderfully but, between the harsh sun and hundreds of children running all over it, the flooring (its not cement, its something else.) Is looking worn down. Theres a few slick spots where algea has managed to grow as well. In the end, none of it is a safety hazards and the kids have a great time. All in all thats whats important. A side note, Ive never used the bathrooms so I cant comment on their state but, Id expect them to be wet inside during the summer because of the splash pads.

My review of: Espee Park This park has plenty of parking, restrooms, water fountain, bike/skateboard park, covered picnic ramadas, softball fields, grassy fields, covered play equipment and a splash pad to get wet and cool down. The play area is covered in wood chips with a section designated as a sandbox. Much of the rubber flooring under the swings and play equipment are very worn and torn. Although there is a shade structure over the play equipment, due to the angle of the sun, all the slides are in full sun all the time. You get a toasty back side when you go down. I know because I went down them my self, and they were hot! It was 98 F that afternoon.

Pretty nice park with all the conveniences needed and a splash pad, sports fields and BMX park. I love taking my kids there. My only complaint is that at the end of some days, specially during splash pad times, the park ends up being a giant mess of garbage. Obviously, thats the fault of people who cant see or find any of the 10-15 trash cans around the park. And parents that allow their kids to go through the garbage looking for empty cups to play in the splash pad. Gross. Gross. Gross!

I took my kids here to play in the splashpad. I love how the bathrooms, water area, and playground are so close to eachother...it made it easier ti watch my kids when they went in different directions. One of my favorite parts was the shade over the playground and the benches under trees for shade. My only real complaint was it needed to be cleaned, there was some trash in the water area. Well def be returning.

Normally a great time there with my daughter, until today when a random homeless lady showed up and started washing All her "private" areas by hand under what little clothing she had on! My first reaction was to laugh then told her she needed to go to the bathroom or move on! I couldnt believe what I was seeing

Pretty nice park with play grounds, splash pad, skate park and three baseball fields. The only thing I dislike is that the care of the ball fields leaves much to be desired. There are holes in some areas, making a tripping hazard for the tball kiddos.

Nice park with a splash pad. Splash pad is good for kids ages 3 to 12. Large play equipment too, same age range. Generous sized shade pavilions for hosting a party or picnic. Large charcoal grills built-in.

Lots of things for the kids to do. Water fun, and a pkayground right next to the splash pad. You can watch all of your children from one of the nearby benches with lots if shade

Park has nice equipment and a cute splash pad, but it was filthy. There was trash everywhere and old food caked onto sidewalks and tables. It needs a good cleaning.... Badly.
