As long as they take care of the invasive overgrowth while still preserving the parks natural beauty, Im happy coming up here every chance I get. Beautiful native birds and wild foxes as far as the eye can see, this is truly a magical place! Its so refreshing coming to a wooded park that isnt littered with graffiti (except periodically finding some in the bathrooms) and broken glass - Lets hope it stays that way and doesnt become another urbanized cesspool, as Ive already noticed discarded bottles and wrappers in the shrubbery here and there... I really hope the city cracks down on littering laws before it gets out of hand. People need to show mother earth a little more respect.

This place is quite hard to get to unless you drive down a long driveway. If you come to host a party in the pavilion, the bathrooms are a long walk away. Oftentimes in the past that Ive been here, the drinking fountain does not work. All the negatives aside, the place offers a good place for letting out your stresses through play.

A Private User
Most people overlook this fantastic park. Inside are sidewalks to takes nice brisk walk, or even dirt paths to ride your bike on. For the adventurous, you can travel into the dirt trails that are spread all over the park and designed to take you deeper in the woods. Its great for everybody.

this was my favorite neighborhood park but today when I went there about a third of the trees behind the pond have been bulldozed. a sign says that they are taking out "invasive" species. more like all species. next thing will be another freaking lawn. was so wild and beautiful. so sad.

The facilities for softball are pretty top-notch. Just remember not to park behind the fence. Lots of people smack home runs, and that puts car windshields in the danger zone. Great facility. Restrooms always have lots of toilet paper so you never need to worry.

I love this place. Going there almost every weekend. It becomes pretty crowded, so my secret I am going there at 6 am. Wildlife present, rivers, streams, lakes. It is gorgeous at any season.

I actually reserved the pavillion for a family reunion. It was a good price, and the area was perfect. We had a good time and really didnt have any issues at all.

Theres a lot of green space and sports fields, but the playground could really use some work. Some of the features are broken and there is graffiti in places.

I grew up with this park it is huge and you can play all manner of sports here, plus the sledding on the hills isnt bad for little ones.
