Always people walking their dogs, riding bikes, fishing in the ponds, jogging, playing disc golf, or just out for a stroll with their significant other while on vacation. This is a very active park, which is awesome and keeps it safe. Early in the morning and late at night you will get some bums sleeping under the ramadas around the park, but they NEVER bother anyone and keep to themselves. most of them are just sleeping off the alcohol or drugs for a few hours before they move on. its never the same bums, if there are any at all. also the police and park workers regularly drive though the park. this deters any foul activity or loitering. there is a splash pad on the north side of the park, as well as a doggy height and human height water fountains around the park. A small but important thing for some runners and bikers is that there are mile marker signs around the paths to let you know how far you have gone. Just to keep the motivation going every step. Sun almost everyday, and happy people that smile and say hello when you pass them on the walking paths. Its a great park for exercise in the mornings, a round of disc golf or just an evening stroll to walk off dinner.

Playground, splash pad, disc golf, walk/run/bike paths. Its a generally nice park. My only complaint is that there are a lot of dog owners that dont think their dogs need leashes or that their poop should be picked up. There are dog poop landmines everywhere. *Please be respectful of any children you may see throughout the park, especially during the week. There is a school for children with autism spectrum disorders nearby. General decency: dont stare, dont mock.

The park itself was great. Only 4 stars because if theres a bathroom we couldnt find it and finding the roads for the parking lots was a maze. We used the slash pad and one of the playgrounds. Kids loved both. The paths were well kept. Some people on bikes didnt know proper "on your left" etiquette and almost ran over my husband trying to weave in between us. Well definitely visit again.

Beautiful large park in Scottsdale, ducks water, grass, cute splash pad on a timer. Ran into a local pitbull and her pet human, she has the timing down on the splash pad and LOVES the water there, her human attacked my two year old and covered her in slobbery kisses and nearly injured her with love.... o wait that was the pitbull. Great place and awesome friendly locals

Very nice Disc course. The best thing I like is that they have at least 3 different pin location on every hole, which makes it nice for beginners, but also makes it challenging for the experienced taking the longer pins brings in more tree play. Best course around !! Clean, comfortable, and pretty decent disc shop right next to the corse. Must visit at least once.

Great park, tucked away into a good neighborhood. Two ponds (with ducks), splash pad, playground, large disk golf course. Clean grill/picnic areas. Very impressed at how clean and maintained this park was. Celebrated nephews birthday and had tons of fun at the splash pad with the kids. Well used running trail through this park.

My parents and I came to disc golf here while on vacation and had a blast! Theres a fair amount of water, so my mom (for whom it was her first time frolfing) struggled a bit on a couple holes. Overall, this park is fairly open and well-kept, with enough water to add intrigue. Love coming here whenever Im staying in Phoenix.

Play softball here frequently, outfields are usually some of the best kept in the metro area. Infields are hard, but in better shape than most. Covered dugouts are a huge deal in the summer. Scottsdale parks and rec department does their best to screw things up, but somehow this is still a great place.

The park is pretty plain: basketball, volleyball, small play structure, walking, biking, skate park nearby, and frisbee golf. Splash pad for the littles makes it a good family picnic location. Ive always had a positive exerience there.

My most recent trip to this park was on a Friday afternoon. Id say it was a great time since it wasnt too busy, it was pretty quiet and the people there were pretty friendly. Looking forward to exercise there again!

Had my reservation for my 2year olds birth day party. park staff came by and made sure I had my reservation and even swept off the water that had accumulated on the ramada. Overall a great experience.

Great disc golf course. Baseball fields. Play ground equipment. Splash pad. Bike trail runs the length on the park, next to the river (watch your discs). Picnic tables. Large park with lots to do.

Great place to play a free round of disc golf, have a picnic, shoot some hoops, go for a bike ride or a jog, or take the kids to the playground, and let them cool off at the play and spray area.

Dog friendly, but not a dog park. I came here looking for a dog park and this location came up on the search but isnt a dog park. Very pretty here and happy to walk my dogs around the area.

Excellent park in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A little stream cuts through the park and nice paths for Walkers and bikers. Go for a walk, you will enjoy it ✌

Nice long walk around the lake/pond, but there were tons of mosquitos. Visited quite a few times during the Pokemon GO craze last summer/fall. Park on the south end.

A great Disc Golf Course. It plays around the lake so be careful not to lose your Discs. Also a nice park with lots of runners, Dog walkers and nice playground.

Great disc golf course. Hands down a staple in the dg community. Course plays nice and away from some of the other activities so works well for others.
