I played there today for the first time and I was quite a bit surprise about the quality of this golf course. Im from Avondale but I never thought of playing there since I dont hear about them very much. This is a hidden paradise of Avondale - bar none. When I got there at the pro shop, I was offered summer membership for $149 and I told the manager, Drew, that I only want to pay the green fee for the day. After I played the first 9 holes, I went back to the pro shop and told the manager that I want to sign up for the summer membership which I did. I think its a great deal - it is relatively cheap for the quality course youre playing. Driving range is included when you play. You only pay for the cart fee. Hats off to Drew and his staff who are so nice and courteous !!!

For a golf course that is built in a residential neighborhood, I think it is great. Price is reasonable, staff is great, course is generally well manicured and greens are in great shape. My only complaint is I would like to see better sand in the bunkers and more gaff carts.

An excellent value. Course was in great condition. Because of its affordability however, play is slow. My Monday round started at 11:30 and ended at 4:30. Faster play would have given this course 5 stars for me.

A bit over priced for the quality of the course. Hard to get the greens to hold shots. You dont have a lot of obstacles to over come.. Course played okay just after over seed.
