OUR CUSTOMER WAS IN NEED OF A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THEIR "COLDSHOT CHILLER". WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF CARE THE PARTS AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT PROVIDED. Coldshots primary objective was to get us the parts we needed and the tech back up information above all. We didnt have an open account with Coldshot so we had to use a credit card to order the parts sometimes can be a problem when it comes to calculating the freight charges. That was not a problem for Coldshot.We had the critical parts we needed very promptly. They trusted us and covered the shipping and billed us afterwards so the shipping casts didnt slow anything down in getting us the parts. That was excellent service in my book!
