Very disappointed! I threw a bachelorette party this weekend. Envited a group of girls to their event. Pre-purchased tickets as required for the event. The event was 2-7 with Bar b que, music and drink specials. We wanted to listen to a little music and enjoy some wine tasting before kicking the night off. When we arrived at 6:30 there were people leaving. The staff downstairs directed us upstairs. When going to the tasting room the staff upstairs explained that the manager had closed the event early and there was nothing they could do. Being a party I had to find a secondary route now to feed everyone dinner after already paying for these tickets. When requested a refund due to not having anything available at the advertised time, the manager said they would not be refunding my money. This is poor business and I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone!!

The wine was great not locally grow grapes though they bring them in from California l which I am okay with. Its one of those boutique wineries. If go to a lot of wineries you will know what I mean. The do serve cheese trays. I loved the wine but was treated poorly buy the staff. I was on my honeymoon and wanted a couple of the small sample taste so we could buy a few bottles but they were rude and acted like they didnt want to deal with us because we didnt want to do what they call a tour for like $15 or $25. I didnt need a full glass just a taste to decide what was good. I did get to try a few and dropped $100 on 4 bottles. They were much nicer when they saw I was buying. Just tells you something about their character.

I was so excited to try this place. Its an adorable space for a winery tour or even host a bridal shower. However, I could not be anymore disappointed with the service. The woman who works the tasting room was absolutely rude and unfriendly. As soon as we got off the second floor elevator we were greeted with a cold stare as if we were intruding. She proceeded to question us. We were so turned off by her mean demeanor we did not even complete our tastings. Ive been to many wineries and have met the kindest and most passionate wine makers. She was not one of them. I highly suggest they work on their customer service.

The service and the atmosphere were fantastic our helper was wonderful, she was so sweet and just had a lot of fun with her! The wine was not good! We like wine ans we visit wineries a lot and man the wine was just really not good. It was a little disappointing, especially for $25 a person. If I were writing the location and the service I would give it 5 stars, but the wine brought it down to a 2. :/

Wine is excellent and is reasonably priced considering its high quality. We have been to Clear Creek Winery several times over the past couple of years and never had a problem with customer service. Not sure what happened with the previous review - weve never had an experience like that here. We usually buy a case full, as they discount if you buy a case.

Tried two different flights of wine and all six wines were just awful. As another reviewer mentioned, the grapes come from California but do not expect anything close to what you would get in a Californian winery. The atmosphere was really nice and the venue was decorated well, but if the wine is bad then what is the point?

Beautiful place hidden in plain site. The wine is fantastic and very high quality. The wins tour is thorough and very informative. This place would be great to host an intimate party or something more formal even. My first trip and I went ahead and joined the Bacchus Society. Look forward to many return trips.

Nice cosy place beautifully decorated and attended by Holy and Doug who were so kind to me. The wines so so, specially coming from a country like Spain I found them quite disappointing, far from the expectations.

Their wine isnt bad but the incompetent people running this place, especially with the wine club, is a complete disaster. We will be cancelling our membership and never returning...
