Very questionable casino. I only go when I get coupons in the mail for free drinks at the bar or a free food at one of the "restaurants" there (I live in the neighborhood). I have been there 5-6 times, and every time I go I seem to think it will be better but its not. The roulette table has a $10 minimum but they do not allow $1 chips. Ive never seen this anywhere else. So you can play the $10 minimum but youre only going to get to play a couple of numbers at a time if you do. Clearly this is in the houses favor to more quickly suck money away from the patrons...no one stays at the roulette wheel very long. The Blackjack tables are typically $25 and up, which is fine for me because I usually play $25 or $50. Most casinos raise the minimums at their tables when the place gets busier, and SH is no exception, but they also do it when they are slow and only a few people are playing. So once both $25 blackjack tables fill up, they bump one up to $50...and no grandfathering your bet...they give you until the end of the shoe and you pay the new minimum. OK, so thats not completely unheard of but when you have 2 full tables at $25/hand, why not open a $50 table and maybe start filling THAT table up? It seems that their move only ends up clearing out a table and eventually they drop it back down. When walking around the pit you have to be careful. If you look like youre just watching then you will be asked to leave. This place has a strictly enforced (though not posted) "pay or leave" policy. On busy nights you can blend in a little but if they are slow you better walk right to the table, sit down and start betting...or you will be given the "come over here" finger by a pit boss and made to feel like youre causing some sort of disturbance. I really feel bad for the waitresses at this place. They are understaffed, overworked and absolutely brutalized by the clientele. Some of the things that are said to these women would get you thrown out of any place in Vegas (which I have seen many times), but here the pit bosses seem to encourage it. The security guards at the front will give you a quick nod when you walk in, that is if they even notice you. Most of the time theyre more interested in BSing with each other or trying to pick up women as they walk in. Safety in and around this property is so sketchy that I have never walked home from there...I only get in an Uber car (a taxi service where I specifically request the car). I wont get in a cab and I sure as hell would never park my car...the security guards dont patrol that area. Im not going to say much about the typical clientele that frequents this establishment. Im sure others have said enough about that on here. I guess the best part about the casino are the occasional fireworks they shoot up over the water. They look nice from the roof of my condo.

The roulette tables and the roulette machines are rigged. How are they rigged? This is what they do. They ask you if you have a rewards card and they sign you up for one. If you play very well, they keep track of you with that rewards card each time you come in and sit at a different table. Those who have won handsomely in the past know what Im talking about. The casino will not allow itself to lose any more money to you. Once you sit down, they swipe that so called rewards card and it notifies workers at a monitoring center who happen to be watching your every play via the many surveillance cameras above your head. Whatever number you pick, the workers at the monitoring center send a message through their computer which is connected to the roulette wheel. Beneath the roulette wheel are magnets and sensors operated by the software programmers. Therefore, if the table is full of money but hardly anyone is on 0 or 00, the programmers watching via surveillance cameras then activate the magnet on the wheel beneath the 0 and 00 and the ball will gravitate to the pockets on the wheel for those two numbers causing nearly everyone, if not everyone to lose their money on the table. If you refuse to sign up for their so-called rewards aka tracking program and youre a strong strategic player, they will send a description of what you are wearing to the individuals watching you on the surveillance monitors, and they will rig the game against you by programming the wheel to magnetize the ball to an area on the table you did not bet on. I highly encourage statisticians to check this place out. I foresee a huge lawsuit and maybe a criminal probe coming from this. So many statistical improbabilities have been occuring at these tables. For instance, its statistically improbable for a table with 18 red numbers, 18 black numbers, and two green numbers to hit a black number 10, 12, or 14 times in a row. When the wheel spins, you will notice the wheel does not spin freely. It stalls as it spins if you pay attention to it very closely. Sometimes, the ball gets suspended between two numbers. A ball is not designed to balance itself. Its reacting to magnets under the wheel. I think this place and their practices definitely needs to be investigated. Its difficult to see hard working people being cheated out of their money; especially the many seniors and retirees who trust theyre going to a reputable casino.

Ladies and Gentlemen, You can see all people watch you from the back here. You can go and hang around in this place if you want to risk your life and property. Its smoke all over the casino.I parked my car at the Lot A and the car was vandalized. I asked for the footage and the sugar house casino management does not have that and they are NOT ready to share or view it once . They said the surveillance camera does not cover the whole parking spaces.. What the goodness ??.They have 2 security guards for the whole parking lot and mostly you can see them greeting near by the front door, because they did not want to risk their life. I have lost valuables and also my favorite sun-glass inside the car. I filed the police complaint in the Philadelphia Police 26th District. There were no securities and please spend some good time without risking your life. Try Valley Forge or go to Atlantic City if you want to have some good time.Sugar House Casino Management does not take any responsibility for my losses. I spoke with one of the security guard and they said they dint like the place however they need to do the job. They dont have Surveillance cameras and dont risk your life. GAMES & Promotions : Black Jack table games are the worst game there. None of the tables have hand shuffle. Most of them are CSM ( Continuous shuffling machine ) and the players there get drunk and lose all their money. Please go and watch before you play. Few tables has automatic shuffler, however the dealer will not deal all the cards from the shoe until it becomes empty. They will reshuffle even if there is a DECK of cards left in the shoe. Trust me if you are an experienced player you would like to be in the game until all the cards are dealt even for a 8 deck game. Promotions are really bad and one of the thing if you lose $1000 a day in Slots or Table games , you will get $50 Match Play or $50 slot Play. Most of the Slots will not work even if you hit the SPIN Button more than once. They dont have good pay outs for the Video Poker as well. Please be safe and hang out in the safe places instead of risking your life in the SUGAR HOUSE casino. If you Lose money, thats Ok, If You lose Life ?????
