We usually love going to the Roxy, however the last movie we saw was not a great experience. A man and a woman pushed in a baby stroller with a young child in and sat behind us, reprimanding the unsettled child and kicking the seats into our backs for about the first 30 minutes. My husband finally said something to them. The movie was an adult movie and not for children. The man took the child out leaving the woman who continued to "knee" our seats into our backs and talked to the actors in the movie out loud. Why the staff would allow the child and baby stroller in to begin with was discouraging.

Gotta love an old fashioned neighborhood theater. Movie prices & movie snacks are reasonably priced. Décor is old but neat. Seats are old but decently comfortable. It is almost never crowded. Its easy to get to . There is adequate, proximate parking. Staff is friendly and courteous. Snack bar often closes a few minutes after the movie starts, so get your eats early. Ladies get the 1st floor restroom. Guys need to walk up a flight of steps. That about sums it up. See you there!

I went to the foxy for the first time with my family yesterday to see trolls. The moment I stepped in the door I couldnt stop smiling. I felt transported back to 1921, their were even ushers in uniform. Ive never been to a place like that. It was by far the best theater experience of my life. The tickets were only 3$ a seat and I paid 6$ for a L popcorn L drink and candy!!!!! Is that insane?! We all had a blast. I would recommend this small town jewel to anyone

Awesome rustic look to it, was expecting bad sound and video quality at the appearance of an older theater. I was greatly mistaken, sound and video quality of the theater was amazing, did not have an hour of previews before the movie, I will highly recommend this place to anyone both due to price and quality. Modern day sound system mixed with the old and proper acoustical design to the building makes for a great experience... I am groot

I love going to this theatre. Its very well kept and the popcorn is great! I cant think of any other theatre that I have been to that closes its drapes after showing the previews and then opens them again for the feature presentation. What a nice touch. The owner is a true professional and does a great job keeping this place clean and up to date.

Got there a little late thinking the movie started 20 minutes later than it did. Rather than telling me the movie started already, the workers and manager looked very confused when I said I wanted to buy a ticket. Very strange experience. Years ago I enjoyed visiting this place a couple times, but current management seems inept.

Fantastic place to see a movie. Went this evening for the first time and took our two boys to their first movie ever. Could not have picked a better place. Great atmosphere, fantastic price and super friendly staff made the night memorable. Thanks so much ROXY, may you keep rolling for a long, long time!

Great place to see a movie... For 10$ 2 peope can get tickets, popcorn, and drinks.... Not the most comfortable seats, and not the best sound system... But for a historical landmark, id say its perfect, plus once and awhile they do concerts there... Really cool place

I love going to the Roxy theatre! The shows are up to date and often times are new movie releases! It only costs $3.00 to see a good movie The inside architecture is marvelous to look at, and theres even organ music to listen to, the pop corn is good too!!

Cheap tickets (currently $3) for movies that have been out for a while. Only one theater with typically two showrooms per day. Friendly staff. Cheap concessions as well. For a cheap theater, the seats are comfy and and the video/audio quality are great.

Went here all the time as a kid growing up in the Lehigh Valley, and recently had a chance to go back! Love the new seats and the digital upgrade, and still has the same great character. Wonderful business that Im happy to support.

A quaint and charming 1940s style theater that shows only 1 movie at a time for $3 per person. It is a reasonable fun family outing. However it is not a place for Hi-Fi movies, but is a great place to take kids.

I grew up going here. Theyre not the most comfortable seats in the world, but its really hard to beat the price. This is a historic theater, and they do a nice job keeping it affordable for families.

The place is gorgeous, the movies are current and the tickets are dirt cheap. Plus, they dont torture you to death with the pre-movie garbage that the big chains force you to endure.

Low cost way to see "almost" current films. Historical theater, a step into the past, read its history to enhance the experience, and it is an experience.

Great historical theatre right in the main part of the town. Well kept. Gives you the real feel of "nostalgia" from way back when.
