Honestly this place sucks donkey dick. You pay about 9-10 for a ticket. You sit in theater which has broken seats, and a screen that actually isnt filled by the picture....literally this place has a gigantic movie screen yet the projector does not fill it. additionally the screen on the wall is damaged which leaves a messed up picture through out your viewing 9 (in the theater i watched at least). Now, maybe I was in a specific viewing room, but when I watched Transformers: The Last Knight (Trash movie) and Dunkirk (Great movie) the actual screen size of the projector was smaller than the screen that was on the wall. As in you were basically wondering when the screen would expand to wide screen for the entire duration of the movie. Also, the volume on both occasions was either far too loud or too soft, I thought I was crazy but confirmed with other viewers before i let management know... which did change it promptly but seriously...I dont pay to do your job. Basically, I wouldnt give my money to this theater again until they change. Gave it a shot, I suggest you do too. Trash theater, good service at the counter but not worth it to see big titles.dont know how it got four stars. Their standards must be trash as well

I had a rotten experience back in Nov 2013, after I complained to management and usher about patrons talking throughout the movie I attended. They were either indifferent or in denial-trying to call me a liar, about what I reported! I even tried to contact the head of FLAGSHIP CINAMAS-what they were then, before Digiplex took them over. I wonder if Digiplex is doing a better job there, as the Flagship (whom did a stellar job turning the old AMC Hampden 8 into a modern stadiumplex!) was not doing a good job running their theater-plus it was often filthy and falling apart. I STILL RATE THIS THEATER ZERO STARS! The worst! I since moved to the east shore and live near the Harrisburg East Mall and their Regal 14 theater, while a bit too pricey, is well run and I like that-see my separate review for Regal Great Escape 14 @ HGB Mall!

Horrible customer service!!! The manager at concessions needs to realize that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! If Ur gonna try to sell me popcorn that was made "today" (psh, yea probably earlier in the day) knowing it tastes like ASS, then u need to get some tact n common sense. Also, Ur prices need to be revised as well. Ticket prices are def reasonable, however Ur concessions sucks! When I asked for fresh popcorn or a replacement of m&ms I was rudely denied with a snide "all sales are final" remark. He commented that he made the popcorn himself and it was fresh. It clearly was not fresh. I would say since technology is on the high rise nowadays, movie theatres will soon become a thing of the past. I would recommend changing Ur attitude toward Ur customers.

I have to say I really, really like Flagship Cinemas. The tickets are a bit cheaper than the local competitors and the normal seats are great, but the special cinemas (these usually show movies that arent in demand after initial release when they dont have to serve so many people because the room seats far less people) have *epic* seats with TABLES. Their snacks are a bit expensive, but honestly, all theatres charge a lot for snacks. Whats nice is the sodas are self-served so you can get however much ice you want, which is nice because most of the time theaters give you ice with a little bit of soda. The staff are also very polite, as well. Flagship continues to be my regular theatre :)

This smaller multiplex cinema is unassuming in that it skips any pretense of glitz and just gives its customers a quality, modern cinematic experience. This particular location was recently acquired by Carmike corporation, and so far any lack of change has been welcome. It features top-notch projection equipment, great sound and 3-D. The snack bar — like all movie snack bars — is overpriced (go figure). I think of this theater as my neighborhood cinema . . . and once immersed in the film, the experience is every bit the equal of the fanciest anywhere. About four years ago the place was thoroughly renovated; seats and aisles are new and spotlessly clean.

Not a fan of this place. We took our kids to see a 6:30 showing and by 6:40 they were still playing commercials on the screen. Then from 6:40 to almost 7pm was movie trailers and an "animated short film". The volume was way too loud but another patron notified the employees and the sound was turned down. The reclining chairs were horrible. They are super loose and didnt allow you to sit in a straight upright position. They felt half broken and Im still feeling lower back pain a day later. Theater 3 which we were in looked like somebody threw a drink on the screen so for the entire movie there was a 3 foot smudge on the lower right side of the screen.

Good news for anyone who was saddened by the old AMC Hampden 8s closure - the new tenant, Flagship Cinemas, retains a lot its original charm (with an added nautical theme) but made some really nice upgrades (stadium seating being the biggie). Concessions are expensive, but good luck finding a theatre where they arent. They do give free soda refills which is cool. I guess I just like the vibe this place gives off. Every employee Ive encountered so far has been friendly and ticket prices are cheaper than the nearby Cinema Center.

Excellent theatre complex with reasonable ticket prices, comfortable seating, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. Theatres 6 & 8 are luxury theatres, where every other row of seats has been removed (a few small tables occupy the empty space -- great for placing your popcorn or handbags). In addition to the ample leg-room these theatres provide, the cushy reclining leather seats and large arm-rests are absolutely fantastic, making this as enjoyable as watching a movie in your own living room. Highly recommended.

I generally enjoy this place because its almost never crowded and allows one to arrive right before the movie and choose a good spot without having a lot of people around. In fact, this theater is the closest Ive come to having my own theater for my viewing pleasure. Theater seats could use replacing in some of the auditoriums and the movie sound sometimes is too high, meaning youll have to sit further back to not endure hearing loss, but other than that, this was go-to place for movies.

This is our go-to place. It might not be the gigantic megaplex that is Cinema Center, but thats honestly the charm of it. I think the nautical theme decor makes it unique, fun, and whimsical. The staff that Ive seen mann ticketing and the concession stand have been personable and professional--as teenagers. The large, separated bucket seats are comfy and give you a little less of an awkward vibe when youre sitting next to a stranger. Needless to say, our little family is a big fan. :)

Well first we wanted to see the Conjuring 2 ,an R rated movie. We are minorities but the group infront of of was allowed in so we figured we were fine. After we purchased all of our tickets and walked in we got popcorn and drinks and went to give them our tickets when they said you are not allowed in. They took advantage of us and took our money. Btw there carpet is gross #nevercomingagain #yourcarpetsmells
