My disappointment is more with the poor online communication to the public. Not one of the Regal movie websites in the immediate area listed that they were closed due to the snow (or it wasnt obvious as I spent some time looking) and the phone menu doesnt put you in touch with a real person or advise of a change in operating hours when trying to call before leaving to go to the theatre. Its this sort of poor management that has people watching Netflix or Apple TV which in turn causes Regal a loss in business and for staff to lose jobs. Things fail for two main reasons - poor planning and poor communication. You failed on both accounts today! (Most of the restaurants were open)

Its a good theater that is clean and big, the only problem I have this theater like every regal theater is the food like popcorn and drinks costs around 18 bucks so its just annoying because I watch a lot of movies. The theater is a bigger Regal theater than most they offer the huge 64 oz drinks. My night was going great until I saw Batman vs. Superman for the second time. This movie theater is great for just watching just there are no comfy seats or imax and for 10 dollars this is just ridiculous.

This the closest Regal theater to my home. It is well run and the same price as all the others. But your tickets at Costco to save a few dollars and make sure to use a Regal card for a free drink or popcorn about every third visit. Also you can cash in a small drink or popcorn and pay a small fee to "upsize" it. So you end up paying a few dollars for a large refillable drink or popcorn.

I had a great time there seeing Star Trek. The parking lot is easy to park in, the ticket processing was quick, the seats were comfortable, and the show was great! The only issue I faced was with concessions. The teenage staff was curteous and pleasant, but they seemed to be short-staffed for a premiere weekend. Management did not step in well or help to speed-up the process.

We came tonight Oct. 10 2016... To see the new animated Batman movie with Adam West. 20 minutes in, the movie skipped and we had to watch it with the audio about 4 seconds off! We couldnt find one staff member to fix it! I walked into every theatre room looking for the guy with the glowing wand. Im so pissed, this was my birthday gift from my daughter... What a headache!

Glenn Becks "The Christmas Sweater" Pre-show and show start did not have picture on screen. Had to track down employee to find out if they knew about it. Was told, "its being worked on". No one from theater ever made announcement concerning "problem" or that it was being "worked on". First several minutes of show was only audio...very poor customer relations.

Went to see Jungle Book. This was the first time in theater #8. The screen was bigger than the other rooms I have been to. Picture quality was good. Sometimes the sound was too loud during action scenes but that was very brief. Snack selection was very good. Prices are what they are for the food. I was disappointed at how over salted the popcorn was.

Their theatres are clean and comfortable. Im spoiled from going to Franks Theatres in York, they have discounted rates one day a week during the day, and Seniors can get a smaller size drink and popcorn or $5.00 anytime!! In England matinees were less expensive and Seniors got a free coffee or tea and a biscuit (cookie).

Nice multiplex with two unexpectedly excellent screens. Theaters 7 and 8 are far better movie experiences than you would ever expect in Harrisburg. Very large screens, excellent sound. The popcorn, on the other hand, is inexcusably bad. Popped off site and dumped cold and often stale into the bins.

I enjoy going to the matinees here. The prices are a little high, but they offer a great selection of movies to see. You can join their club and get freebies to use there. Be prepared to pay a little bit for the concession stand, but usually the food is not bad.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is ALWAY clean (I am still not sure how they manage to pull that one off considering the place is huge,) This is my favorite place to see movies and frankly I refuse to go anywhere else

Great place to watch a movie! Especially liked Don the ticket taker, an older gentleman with glasses. He is a very nice and informative guy regarding the movies when asking questions about them. Knows his job well. Overall a great place and great service!

Not as good as the loews theatres Im use with Dolby surround sound and reclining chairs. You also reserve your seating so its a matter of how soon you buy your tickets not when you arrive. If they implement those elements Im sure my waiting will go up

I know its a low standard to live up to, but going to a theater and catching a movie with a friend or girlfriend for less than $50 total with food included is a pretty decent deal in my world. As always, Regal has a pretty decent reward system too.

Nice theater and staff. Unfortunately, the kiosk inconsistent and will not read any gift cards for payment. Ive verified gift cards have a balance and machine is being used properly. Plan to stand in line for tickets if you use this theater.

Have yet to go but the reviews give me pause. Was going to go see the New Star Trek movie. Having second thoughts. Pittsburgh Lowes at the Waterfront has VIP seating. I am spoiled. Austin Texas has an awesome theatre!

Great movie theater! Has been here for over a decade and is a wonderful addition to the Township. Snacks, arcade, little private snack bar and seating area for birthdays too. Just a fun stop for friends and family.

Nice theater. The Regal reward program is a good way to earn free items from the concession stand. We have 2 theaters that are closer to us but we usually come to this theater. It is clean and well maintained!

Good, middle of the road American movie theater. Can be crowded on Friday/Saturday evening. Close to Shops at Susquehanna which has a nice restaurant. Parking lot is not the easiest to navigate, drive carefully.

This is an amazing theater I come here almost every weekend! Sometimes they might, very rarely, mix up the theater for your movie but I get over it and they were kind enough to let me go see a free movie after.

I go here quite often despite how expensive movie theaters are. The seats dont recline. Thats not a big deal. Im more concerned with the average tasting popcorn. Also, the butter machine is behind the counter.

The theater is not attached to a mall. That allows for ample parking but nothing to do beforehand or afterward. The theater we were in was generally pretty clean (no sticky floors or trash in the aisles).

Pricy. problem with the picture. I dont know about you, but when I pay 9 dollars/person to see a movie I expect no lines through the picture and no black holes popping up at random times. How weird
