The Hailewood Golf Course is located just up country from the great city of Meadville Pennsylvania conveniently along Park Avenue in a quiet out-of-the-way location with a peaceful atmosphere and the most meticulously groomed green and putting areas that looked as though they were razor clipped. The manicured nature of the course gave me zero bad hops and made me look like a much better golfer than what I am. The people that I met at the course were friendly and polite yet not overbearing with bothersome chatter and also very respectful ; and patient of other peoples game whether it be fast or slow. One of the highlights was that it was not overcrowded which is a reason that I am going to return very soon with friends. When all was said and done it was a pleasure to dine with the good service and wonderful menu and food that was provided in their magnificent restaurant that there is no equal to when it comes to entertainment and history. The animals that were on display there were akin to visiting a branch of the Smithsonian. Cpt.Paul F. Csiky
