Weve been there a number of times and my five year old has always been allowed to jump in both the main area and the childrens area. Theyve never enforced any rule about one or the other and nobody has ever measured him. Today we went and were jumping in the main area for approximately 30 minutes and nothing was said. My son noticed the kids area was empty and since hes under 46 and has never been told he couldnt go there, he went to jump by himself while his Dad and I watched. Within 1 minute he was told he couldnt jump there because his band was on the right arm instead of the left. The girls at the counter changed his band to the left arm and never said he was restricted to the small air area. He met a friend and was jumping in the main area and was then whistled out and told he couldnt jump there either. One of the monitors told us they dont normally enforce that rule. Spoke to a manager who cited its PA law effective last week...calling BS on that because we have checked and there doesnt appear to be any law pertaining to trampoline parks. Disappointed with the lack of consistent enforcement of rules.

I would never go back to Get Air. The "lifeguards" singled out my godson, my boyfriend, and I and scolded us for every little thing we did claiming it was "unsafe." We were yelled at for bouncing on the trampoline by the foam pit while waiting for the person in the foam pit to exit (because you can only have one person in the pit at a time), my godson was yelled at for bouncing on his bottom and then doing a flip, he was also yelled at for being in the basketball area when a small child also wondered into the same area (another one person only section). My boyfriend and I were yelled at for "being too close" to each other and my favorite thing to be yelled at for during the hour that we were there...falling down and consequently "laying" on the trampoline. Im sorry, but this is a trampoline park, do you expect people to never fall down and need more than 2 seconds to recover? Why did I even sign a waiver if all you are really allowed to do here is jump up and down, one person per trampoline? I could have done that for free in a friends backyard. This place is awful!

We went there to meet up with a friend. Her son was right at the line for the 46" height requirement. After a few employees and one manager checked his height, it was determined that he had to go to the smaller kids area. My daughter is taller and had to go to the bigger area, so she couldnt play with her friend. While trying to decide what to do, I called Sky Zone to see if they had any height requirements and separation. They said no, which was completely contradictory to Get Air telling us it was a PA mandate. Honestly, I do not think it is a PA law, rather, Get Air is trying to save money on liabilities, so they feed that line to consumers. If you are going there for a play date with the kiddos make sure they are all in the right height group. I will not be returning there. First. they were not very friendly. Second, they lied. Third, they lied. I dislike being lied to....

I met a friend there so we could have a play date with our kids. Her child is 2 inches taller than mine, and I guess they recently adopted a policy that seperates kids by height. If they are under 46" they only have a small section to play in - mostly babies and toddlers. So unfortunately, since my son was about 45", 5 and a half years old, he was told to play in just 2 or 3 small sections. They couldnt play together and my son kept trying to go play with his friend the whole time in the larger area, in which he did much better in, since he is a crazy athletic kid, but then they were following us around the place telling us to go back to the toddler area. (They are super annoying with all their 101 rules). They told me the height thing was a PA law, thats crap, we called Sky Zone and they said they did not have a height seperation. We will be going there from now on.

Do not go here the employes dont care and is not organized well. the get air socks are slippery and the trampolines feel like they are going to break one friend I took to go there said the spring broke and felt it. Everything there is boring the ninja course is fun for a little bit but hard for little kids. The doge ball court is not organized well. Even tho this is cheaper I suggest going to skyzone.

Its certainly a great place with a cheap price but I recommend SKYZONE If your thinuking about going to a trampoline park. Yes get air is cheaper but SKYZONE has more to do and also more room. Get air does have a cool ninja course that I really enjoyed but its for older kids since some of it can be physically challenging to younger kids. Overall a clean spot with nice staff.

Get Air Harrisburg is way better than Skyzone has slack line ninja course foam pits that you get an instant replay. The Staff is very kind and goes out of their way to help the kids. This is a fun place for anyone to come and have fun. You wont find a trampoline park with harder working staff and new innovative activities like the get air in Harrisburg PA.

Lifeguards were totally disrespectful. One employee made my daughter cry. My cousin was told he was to heavy to jump which he is only 230lbs. prices were to expensive for what little fun we had. Bathrooms had a foul odor with dirt all over. My family and I left after twenty minutes of being there. Not a pleasant experience.

We would never go back to Get Air. The atmosphere, cleaniness, and customer service dont even compare to Skyzone. There was a putrid smell as soon as we walked in, no public bathrooms( unless you asked for a key) and be prepaired to pay extra for the required "jump socks" as they are not included in your hourly fee.

We liked the place. They gave us time to set up before we started and cleared out when we were done. The host was quick to respond but was quick to leave and had to find him when we needed assistant. The room was clean and the colors match our party theme. Its a place well come back to have family time.
