I was very disappointed in the Nissley Winery summer concert event on Saturday July 23, 2016. We paid $30.00 as a couple to get in for nothing. The band was definitely not Classic Rock, at least not as I know classic rock. The band took way to long of a break. Nissley had no free wine tasting ...normally you receive a wine glass when you go to an event like this. No wine glass. An to top it off I couldnt buy another bottle of wine after 9:00pm even though the event went on until 10:00 pm. (The wine isnt that great anyway, so I guess it saved me money) The other disappointing part, my husband does not drink wine and he couldnt even bring his own beer. I definitely know we will never go to Nissleys events ever again. My question is - "What did we pay $30.00 dollars for? To sit in your wet grass???????????? Moon Dancer has so great events coming up. Its cheaper to get in $10.00 per person), their wines better and cheaper and you can bring your own beer. Guess thats where well be.......

Every time I go to Nissley Vineyards, I have an amazing time (especially at their concerts)! The staff is so friendly and helpful (especially in choosing the right wine), the property is absolutely beautiful, and the wine is fantastic. I love that they have such a broad range to suit so many different tastes, and I like the fact that Im supporting a local family business thats been around for a long time. If you havent been to one of their summer concerts, you absolutely have to go! Its a really great deal for a fun night -- the music is always top notch, the dance floors and string lighting give it such a great ambience, and the wine is amazing. The overall experience means you leave feeling like you had the perfect summer night. Its perfect for an intimate date or big group party (Ive seen plenty of both there). Couldnt recommend this place enough -- wish I could give it 5+ stars!

Ive always had a great time at Nissley Vineyards, especially the Lawn Concerts! No matter the type of music, its a blast to get up and dance the night away. The merlot is my favorite wine, but you really cant go wrong.. and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, its strange but must be noted that the public restrooms at these events are heaven on earth. I recommend to everyone in the Lancaster area and I will certainly be back.

I wanted to express the need for better hospitality .. The security guard outside named earl was extremely rude to us.. He literally tried to cheat us out of money just to get in. . When all we wanted to do was buy some wine Since we came from out of town. I would never just make up a bad review for no reason but I would never recommend this spot just due to how rude we were treated

I cannot personally speak about the sweet wines, but as far as their "dry" selection goes, there is none. They are terrible, after tastes are sweet, and at first sip, youre punched in the face with alcohol and... what I can only assume is arsenic. Just terrible, tastes so cheap.

Was back east visiting a friend over the weekend she brought me to Nissley Vineyards. What a magical place! Great wine accompanied by good music in a beautiful setting all shared with an old friend made for an unforgettable experience! Make a visit if you can!!

Any time I do a staff event or a parents appreciation evening at Gymnastics of YORK my first stop is the Nissley store at the Tollgate Village - Good selection, good prices and I hate the State telling me I have to buy from them - Ill be back every time. CA

Great local vineyard with cool events. My wife and I purchased customized bottles for our wedding and gave them to all of our guests. Was a great touch. I really like their Naughty Marietta wine and give it as gifts. Very cool to have a local connection.

Whenever I need a sweet or semi-sweet wine to enjoy with my friends, my go to wines are Nissleys Fantasy Rose or Rhapsody in Blue. We cant wait to enjoy our wine during their summer concerts this year.

Awesome place to experience a summer concert without a lot of riff raff. Price is fair. Wine is great. Beautiful setting. Reminds me of my grandmothers place growing up. Nissley rocks!
