"Posting for Anna: I couldnt figure out how to respond so I had to get a friend to post for me. I have never been so enraged and offended by a business. My experience was real and true. I ate at a restaurant called John Wright, and then did a tasting at the winery place there. I dont know if whoeveer manages your social media has some severe paranoia, cant take critism, or is the person I critisized, but it happened. The girl working, Im not sure of her name, I guess kelsey from what I remember, and it was a little while ago. I started to go through my credit card statements to figure out the date but realized it wasnt really worth my time. She was on a laptop, and didnt really want to get pulled away from what she was doing to give me a tasting. I dont know if you sell "Wine clubs" or "book of the month clubs" or "annoy your customer clubs" but it was something where I pay money, and wine gets mailed to my house. Maybe I mis understood, but once I declined to buy or sign up or whatever she walked away and ignored me. Maybe you have to buy this to do a tasting, I dont know. So either youre lying about not selling this thing, or I severely mis understood. I honestly didnt think too horribly about your business until this response, but now I understand why the employee would behave like she did. I was going to stop in at the winery, but, you can forget it now. Customer lost. -Anna"

Went on a Monday with the girlfriend, not to crowded. Quiet little place with really great wines, especially the reds. Our hostess/server; Meagan, was very knowledgeable about the wine and gave us the rich history of the place and even providing details about the choice for the labels. The wines themselves were very good and reasonable priced, the reds that are produced have a wide complex range of flavors, youll find one for your palette, try the Reserve Cabernet and/or the Cadenza, both are excellent. Though I am not a sweet wine drinker, I have to give a shout out to the sweet wines, there were very tasty and not too overly sweet. Ended up buying 8 bottles, will definitely be back here when the weather is a bit warmer seated in beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the rolling hills. Great experience and looking forward to coming back!

I love Allegro wines but on our last visit to the winery we had very unprofessional service. I was with a group of 10 people who drived about an hour and a half to get there. When we arrived the two women working were rude and told us we would not be able to taste because of the size of our group. They kept pointing out that we should have called ahead. There were only two customers tasting when we arrived so they were not busy. Only half of our group was able to taste which in the end hurt them because we all purchased less wine than we would have if the whole group was able to taste. Overall I found the service to be unprofessional and gave me a negative impression of the winery overall.

I have long loved the wines at allegro, and I wont say a name but after getting dinner I stopped in at their tasting room in Wrightsville on Friday. The girl working there was kind enough to warn me about recent issues they have had, she told me that they have had recalls, and warned me about some double fermentations that had been happening. She also told me they had cloudy wines? I will say that their Reds are excellent however.

Have fallen in love with Allegro wines. Harmony was introduced to me at the State Store in North Hanover PA by an employee who obviously loves good wine!! I then discovered the tasting bar at the Thomasville market. The lady who always seems to be there is awesome! She clearly loves what she does and has passion about each type she sells!!! Cant wait to buy another bottle. Plan to purchase for my daughters wedding!!!

1st time at winery and the service was amazing. The wine was impeccable especially new found favorite called Fusion....Allegro tastes just like it should like they pressed grapes fresh out back...im joining the wine club...so much value..im hooked and its in my neighborhood moved from MD to PA..thank u all for a fun..knowledgeable..mouthwatering experience my first time..your new neighbor Kim Hogan

I did a wine tasting in Wrightsville. All was going well until I informed Kelsey(?, black hair) that I wouldnt be purchasing a wine club, at that point she just walked away and ignored me. Not even finishing the wine tasting. I would have most likely bought a bottle of wine, but wasnt even given that option.

My husband and I and a couple friends visited this winery for my birthday over the weekend. The experience was lovely. The decor is beautiful and the service was wonderful. They have a very large wine selection and are very knowledgeable of their selections. We will definitely be back!

I was at the john Wright tasting room Wednesday (5/31) around 5:30 PM. It was a horrible experience, the staff was rude and werent attentive to any of the customers who had questions. Im very disappointed with my visit and wont be back.

Of the regional wineries on the Mason Dixon Trail, this is our favorite. We love the reds. The Cab Sav, Cab Franc and even their Reisling (obviously not red, but dry) are outstanding. We keep all three well stocked at home.

I was in Pennsylvania visiting some family members for an event and we stopped at the winery. After a few wine tasting samples to see which ones I liked best I ended up with 3 bottles and I plan on coming back for more.

Received a Groupon for Allegro for Christmas and my GF and I loved it. The wine was very good and they had quite the range of flavors and types. The prices are great and the server was amazing. We will return!

Cant personally recommend. Visited the John Wright tasting room on 5/31 and I dont know if it was due to prime time, but the service was slow and it seemed like they had too much on their plate.
