this place hired me to bring some people out for an event on a Thursday night and offered me a bottle (I throw events around NYC). I invited a bunch of girls and some guys... about 50 people were coming. When I got to the door all of my guy friends were told that there was a $100 minimum bar spend per person. I go inside to speak to a manager and there are literally 5 people in the entire venue (it is past midnight). The manager tells me its up to the doorman (it was a tall woman, first name starts with an A) and when I go to speak with her she tell me "my job was to bring girls". Not only was this not communicated, but I expressed to her that it is the men that spend the money at the bar and this was my party. She offers to speak to me inside and when I stepped in she closed the door in my face. Not only have I never been so disrespected in my life, but I took my entire party and left the venue. Basically, if you want to support a venue that hires black security guards to tell other black men they cant get into the venue, while music from black artists are being played inside, this is your venue. Not to mention the decor down there is tacky and outdated.

The worst! Everything stereotypically terrible about frat culture is not only present but nurtured by the security and bartenders. Ugh! Its not even cool, the music is amazing if you havent heard ignition (remix) enough times, otherwise, youll be over it quick. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( Ive never written a review! When we decided to leave (because the bouncers refused to let two members of our party in), I accidentally tried to exit out the wrong side of line and was consequently called "fat and ugly" by the bouncer on staff. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know the experience we had and hope that after reading this youll spread the word too. Take your business somewhere else.

I go there from time to time to just go dancing with some friends. the great thing about this place is that the music is just phenomenal !!!! the 2 different dj have their own style but complement each others and they do an insane set ! the only bad thing is that sometimes it gets over crowded with the teenager hamptons crowd thats very obnoxious

The drinks can get a bit pricey, but the place is one of the most fun, hold-nothing-back nightclubs with a great dance atmosphere. The crowd is fairly preppy, collegiate, and preppy. If you want to have some good old-fashioned fun, come here.

No respect from any of the employees, came in with a group and not a single one of us left happy. You want to have fun, avoid the SouthSide and go to Gatsbys down the street.
