THEY LIE ABOUT THE VIP PRICES! I booked my VIP with Lokillo (a promotor) for Saturday, September, 23, 2017. He I gave a down payment of $200, my remaning blance was $243. When he sent me a recipt, I notice it said I owe $343. I asked him why did it say i owe more, that the recipt was in correct. He said to get me better seating. He assured me I owed $243, a few days later I paid the remaining balance of $243. If i owed that much why wasnt he honest!! When I was at the club, the bottle girl wasnt aware of my full payment. I contacted Lokillo which is my right because I did all my transactions with him. After a few back and forth that issue was resolved. Then the bottle girl came and said I had to pay and additional $114 with something cent. I told her I paid in full. I contacted Lokillo once again! What i should be doing!!.. I paid her! because i am not a person to cause drama. She didnt even give me my change back... then while trying to communicate WITH LOKILLO! Which AGAIN ITS WHAT I HAVE TO DO!! HE TELLS ME TO RELAX, AND THAT I COMPLAIN TO MUCH! The only time I contacted him was to book the VIP and When things werent right.. HOW WAS HE MAD?? When the mistake wasnt mines!! He did say, he had to look at my bottles. He saw I had regular bottles, he came over to the table, sent me a message to tell my "fat friend to move," so he can see the bottles, then HE SAYS HE COULDNT FIX THE TAB because the bottle girl close the tab! Btw he never gave me a 2nd recipt, I asked for a receipt two times before the day and the day of the VIP (yesterday) I also reminded him. I have picture of all this. Please take my WARNING! DO NOT GO THERE! This place doesnt Evan deserve a star. First of all I drove 3 hours because I wanted to surprise my aunt for her birthday. Next thing you know shes telling me that shes going to a club called CLIFF. I wasnt really in the mood to go out but I figured what the hell Ill go anyway. I called CLIFFS and asked about the dress code the woman said women had to ware heels and men could ware sneakers /or timberlands but no jump suits so I explained I had a polo T-shirt and sneakers she said that was fine. So we get there and a guy with a orange hat tells me I couldnt get in because of my polo shirt. He was very rude and started insulting me saying I should know better then to dress like that knowing I was going clubbing. I explained to him that I had called in advanced and the woman who worked there said my outfit was ok. Still he continued to insult me in front of my wife. It took for the promoter of the club to tell him I was on the guest list and I was finally allowed in. All I can say is that hes lucky his coworkers were with him because it got to the point I was going to break hes jaw. So 2 things #1 to the dude who disrespected me at the door I would highly suggest you practice your people skills because I believe your going to talk to the wrong person like you spoke to me and that persons going to wind up knocking you out. #2 people I would highly advise you not to go to CLIFFS because its not classy at all , nothing but hood looms parting all night.

Great party environment and music was popping. Did not like that we reserved a party online and no one ever reached out to us therefore we were given seats next to the door and bumped or asked to move all night. Also they are very pushy when it comes to the hookah constantly asking even if you just got a refill. If the online reservations would have been handled with more customer service easily would have been a 4 * night.

I had came to this night club one time when I through a birthday party 3 years ago at that time it was called umbrellas Lounge and years later with the changing of the name call Cliff Lounge its still the same just more liver and great drinks there has also been NFL pro teams in this place so if they visited so should you

The worst! I never heard of a place that does not allow FEMALES to go in with flats! But YET allows males to go in with sneakers! What sense does that make? They go over their "capacity" but do not allow you in with flats? UNBELIEVABLE!
