Let me preface this by saying that I used to like Paradigm a few years back. It was a nice,cozy place to get coffee. I just went there today, and the atmosphere was about the same, generally chill with the same quirky sort of decor that I remember. I was annoyed when our three drinks took about 15 minutes to come to our table. They arrived without an apology or explanation. Later on I ordered some chips and salsa. After about 20 minutes of waiting for that, I went up to the counter to ask what the hold up was. Kate (the owner) told me that they "were slammed in the kitchen". The place didnt look that busy. She then told me that I was "lucky its only been 20 minutes" and that "there are other people whove been waiting a lot longer than that". The chips and salsa arrived a few minutes later. Kate said, "we made it especially delicious for you", which as far as Ive ever known, is restaurant talk for "we spit in your food". I understand its not Starbucks. I dont go in there, and expect to get my drink in less than a minute, or even my chips and salsa in less than five. I just expect that the owner/manager has some understanding of the fact that her patrons shouldnt be endlessly patient with an unorganized kitchen and slow service. This used to be a fun place for me to check out whenever I came to Sheboygan; now its just like Collectivo, but with much slower service and rude staff. Oh well. I guess theres still the Weather Center and Field to Fork.

In all fairness, I am moved to post another review after having posted a two-star rating earlier. I dont get to Paradigm very often as I live out of town. Whereas the vegan menu was a bit of a shock as was the absence of my favorite sandwich from the old menu, I have to give credit where credit is due. The remodel with the generous bathrooms and the new stage complete with "green room" are a vast improvement of my previous memory of Paradigm Coffee and Music. I did have the breakfast bagel with egg and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. My wife was very pleased with the quality of the salad that she had. And the carrot cake was very good as well. The lady who waited on us was very polite and kind and I look forward to my next opportunity to visit.

Unique atmosphere with lots of recycled or upcycled materials as decorations and furniture. If you like sitting on chairs, they have those. If youd rather chill on a couch, they have those too. Good coffee, good bakery, and a cool spot to sit and talk without feeling like youre on top of people. I havent been here for the live music, but they have a nice stage set up for that as well. Whenever Im in sheboygan and need a coffee this is where I go.

I have visited Paradigm Coffee many times over the past few months since we moved to Sheboygan this year, sometimes for studying and sometimes just to get coffee and food. They have amazing coffee, delicious homemade food, and for the quality of the ingredients they use in their food the price is spot on. Love the atmosphere, old couches and hangout feeling. Has a very nice organic & green vibe to it all. Im a big fan and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Love the vegetarian, vegan menu! Great ambiance and service. Had the soup of the day (cabbage and barley) and house salad. Both were tasty. I especially liked the mustard salad dressing. Tried a bite of the hummus off of a friends plate - amazing! Liked the place so much that I came back the next day. Had the Breakfast Betty Burrito (sub tofu for eggs). I hope they have vegan cookies by the time I leave!

Cool place, good food, friendly service and....the most bitter espresso I have EVER had. I like to actually taste my espresso so I usually just get a couple shots. Two different times I tried Paradigm and the espresso was almost un-drinkable! I still will stop in for lunch but get my coffee somewhere else.

This is my favorite coffeeshop around. Calm and spacious. I come here to write, read, and even watch Netflix. Love the bagel sandwiches! I decided to write a review because one barista just walked around giving away affogatos - espresso with ice cream. Cant believe the amazing service. Love Paradigm!

I travel for work and just discovered the delicious food here. They have so many sandwich choices I had to return 3 times to try as many as possible. I love the food, and the price is beyond reasonable. By far my favorite place i have eaten while traveling. The staff was amazing as well.

Do yourself a favor and get the "Geez Louise", BLT, or Grilled Cheese sandwich. EDIT: Theyve switched to a menu that doesnt have any meat so the geez louise and blt options arent available anymore. Last time I was there I tried the hellobello and it was very good!

Their food is good, but many of the workers act like youre inconveniencing them by ordering or actually expecting to get your food. Not all, but most of the ones Ive interacted with. As much as I like the new place, still miss their smaller, old location and staff.

I love the atmosphere, the coffee, and the sandwiches! And its fun to people watch here too, good chance of catching somebody with body mods or an attention-grabbing haircut. Update: I still like the coffee here, but the menu went all vegetarian unfortunately.

Eclectic offering of heathly food and drinks served in a bohemiem atmosphere by staff who truly supprt healthy lifestyles. Have only been to Sheboygan twice in the past 2 years, but have stopped by Paradigm both times and will again in the future.

Love their drinks and have been coming here for years, but today the service at the counter was incredibly slow and they didnt even seem to care there was a line. Then after ordering they didnt then know they were out of the thing I ordered.

Great Indie themed coffee shop to converse with friends and to enjoy the local scene of Sheboygan. Food is homemade and the coffee is handcrafted. You might even catch a show with live music. Highly recommend to any visitor from afar.

I love this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is live music quite often and usually beautiful local art on the wall. The coffee is tasty and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Before the renovations Paradigm was still the best spot in town to chill out. Now with the panoramic windows and updated facilities, this place has cemented themselves as the best spot in town
