Was there recently for a production of Sweeney Todd. While I had no problems with the acting, I do have a problem with the ticketing procedures. Disturbingly, this venue does not honor their discounts on all seats (such as balcony and mezzanine) but only on orchestra seats on the ground floor. As a student, I went to the venue on show night, expecting to receive the student discount on a balcony ticket, but was instead told I had to pay the full ticket price, which was about 1/3 more than the advertised student ticket price! Since I had already driven an hour to Milwaukee to see the show, I ate the extra cost of the ticket and saw the show. However, had I not been able to afford the price difference, I would have made a wasted trip. This venue should expand their student ticket discount to all seats in order to make the theatre more accessible to the next generation of theatre goers who may not necessarily be able to afford a full price ticket yet.

Beautiful main theatre with a smaller black box theatre and a small cabaret/bar. They do a great variety of shows with the three theatre companies in the building that use these stages. Always a good night out.
