THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY 24 YEARS OF LIFE I EVER NEEDED TO WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING QUITE LIKE THIS. YOU MESSED UP OUR LANES AND WE WANTED A REFUND. THE MANAGER STALKED UP TO THE FRONT, LITERALLY BANGED ON THE CASH REGISTER, SLAMMED THE MONEY ON THE COUNTER IN FRONT OF ME AND MY WHOLE GROUP, THEN JUST WALKED AWAY TO THE BACK. NOT A SINGLE WORD! HOW FREAKING RUDE! THEN SHE SENDS THE POOR GIRL TO DELIVER THE REMAINDER OF THE REFUND AND PROBABLY YELLED AT THE POOR GIRL IN THE BACK. SHE IS SO FREAKIN RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE SO UNFIT FOR CUSTOMERS. WE WERENT EVEN MAD OR GIVING ANYONE AN ATTITUDE/HARD TIME. JUST WANTED OUR REFUND SINCE YOU WOULDNT FIX YOUR LANES PROPERLY AND WAS DEMANDING TO SPLIT UP OUR GROUP OF 5! ARE YOU SERIOUS? THAT DEFINITELY TOPPED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. AND IT WAS THE MANAGER! THE FREAKIN MANAGER! I WAS SO SHOCKED THIS 40-50 YEAR OLD WOMAN BEHAVED LIKE A TEMPERATE TEEN GIRL, THAT I COULDNT EVEN SAY A THING. EVERYONE WAS SPEECHLESS..IF WE WERE BEING RUDE OR OBNOXIOUS, SURE YOU CAN POUT LIKE A CHILD, BUT YOU NEED SOME ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES. POOR GIRL WHO HAD TO SUFFER MANAGER TEMPERS.

Burger was precooked and microwaved buns are cold service was unbelievably slow and we were there before the rush. People with me said their food was cold. Our group had some of their "signature drinks" each one was very underwhelming. Chili cheese fries were made using one of those chili and cheese dispensers you find at a gas station. Bowl and get bottled drinks dont bother with much more.

I just spoke to these people on the phone, trying to get the hours of open bowling. They basically dropped the phone in the middle of the conversation. Some kid picked it up and made noises for 30 seconds and then some person who sounded drunk out of their mind who I couldnt understand. Get your act together guys, its called professionalism.

Staff is friendly, quality of the lanes is average, service is very slow. Frequent mechanical problems with the lanes, and it the whole place could use a deep cleaning. But its probably exactly what youd expect for a bowling alley chain. A little too expensive for what you are getting, but hey, you want to bowl, so it is what it is.

They want to charge $15 a person to bowl on lanes that have no oil. Guess they think they can save money and not oil on the weekends. They just like ripping people off. Dont wast your time go elsewhere

Bowling at AMF West makes for an awesome time. On Fridays they offer a deal for all you can bowl during their Moonlight times. The lights are turned down and the music blasting making it a fun time.

Nice, large, clean bowling alley. Snacks are ok but dont expect restaurant quality meals (its a bowling alley). Lots of parking and easy access for handicapped.

Not a huge fan of this place. Beer is expensive, bowling is pricy, and there lanes are in rough shape. That said, most bowling alleys are the same way nowadays.

I went there to bowl and I bowled. I had no problems locating a ball in the size I wanted. They have colored balls based on weight, which is great.
