went on a Saturday night in April they wanted $13 for the whole night which would have been fine, if they could keep their end of the deal; they somehow forgot to mention that theyd have cosmic bowling, which is so common these days its become a complete turnoff especially if you are actually trying to bowl(God willing), and see what you are doing, unlike every other place that has "Cosmic Bowling" Suburbanite has NO LIGHTS on the lanes making it impossible to see anything, they only had 4 lanes being used(cant imagine why) so I asked if he could turn on a light for me on the side where no one was, and he said "I cant turn on any lights" showing they couldnt care less about customer satisfaction or why there are under 20 bowlers there on a Saturday night, there is nothing special about the place, over priced weak drinks and crappy bowling alley food. two things I can deal with or look over at that point its just an incentive to bring your own food and drink. what really killed the place is the manager who clearly doesnt get paid more for keeping customers happy and there, couldnt care less how upset customers were, or that his actions bothered them or that their policies dont match up at all with social norms of the typical bowler. would be a good place to go but they turn on cosmic bowling with no notice which could be dangerous, my guess is the owners have no idea what is going on there, or why they dont make any money on a Saturday night. the lanes are darker than night, which people often use as an excuse to get drunk if you are under the age of 21, steal stuff because lets be honest thieves are like cockroaches they scatter and hide when the lights turn on, or a good time to fall break your hip and sue the crap out of the clueless owners for having a intentionally unsafe place of business. so I wont be back until they decide to run a bowling alley not a crappy wannabe "night club" so basically if you are looking for a place to bowl on Saturday night dont go there, but if you want to hear awful music with the most pathetic lighting and light show I have ever seen in my life then you are in the right place although you probably have a curfew and cant stay out late anyways. Crappy experience I feel like they pulled the bait and switch on me by getting me to pay for bowling (all night) and after the second game the crappy laser show started and it was awful!.

dont like this place at all, all 3 times i went there trying to bowl in a nice environment the floors were sticky from people spilling drinks and the staff not cleaning it, all 3 times i went in there were kids running around me while im trying to bowl like the place is a jungle gym. The parents didnt say a word and the staff didnt care one bit. My rent visit was today and when i went in they put me on lane 15 and under the ball rack on the floor their was a mountain of ants pilled on top of a huge piece of food that was rotten and black from not being picked up for clearly over a month. i saw that and i walked out. The place is a barn. save yourself the disappointment and go to lisle lanes on route 53 they are an awesome bowling alley and u can always get on a lane for very cheap prices

This is a great place! The staff and the owner Judie are more than helpful, and does their best to make sure you and your group have a great experience. The look is more modern than other bowling alleys Ive been too. They have a cool bar area where you can play darts and shuffleboard. They have food available, but I love Woodgrain Neapolitan Pizzeria down the street and I usually eat there before or after. They can accommodate a small group, or a group of 300. Ask Justin about booking your party. They can fit the needs of any budget!

Ball return on lane #19 was stuck and continuously scuffed/chipped my ball... When the issue was brought up with the front desk I was met with condescension from a guy with the worst haircut Ive ever seen. He volunteered to "clean my ball" sarcastically. This review is in line with others stating problems with ball returns. Do yourselves a favor and make the trip to Stardust bowl in Addison if you own quality equipment. This bowling alley is fine for house bowlers.

Came here for the first time with my family, and the staff is very lazy would not help with kid balls for bowling. Had to ask three people and then only gave us one kid ball for three kids. Cant have the rails up for kids and down for adults. No kid friendly cups all glass. I talk to the staff about how frustrated I was all they did was talk back to me. Well to end the night with one game and left. NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE.

Good price, ok environment. Problem was that the lane (#32) kept having issues. Three times the ball return was stuck, twice the lanes just never reset (easily fixed with the rest button, but it was indicative of the overall problem), and half a dozen times the "smart bumpers" did not come on for my kids. We were thinking of having my sons birthday party here, but malfunctioning lanes and lots of 6 years olds do not mix.

I went earlier this month with a group of 8 and had a great time. Bowling was perfect, 3.75 per bowler per game is the cheapest Ive found. The hockey table had dead spots where the air holes dont blow. That was annoying but you can still play it fine. The food could have been better but there was nothing wrong with it. I would definitely go there again.

Dont come here if you want to enjoy the evening with your friends , all day you will be kicked out by 1pm by 5pm by whatever time they want because there are all this leagues, whatever that means. You pay all you can bowl but they kick you out anytime they please. So this place is not for you unless you belong to a "league"

Great place for bowling. Staff is very personable, and can help with any problem. Ive been going there for my dads league Friday night religiously for years now, and the only thing that changed was some employees and a remodeling. GO TO SUBURBANITE!!!!!

When I went here a few days ago I had a great time. The people there were so nice, the food was great and the lanes never broke! Its in a perfect location on Ogden Avenue where theres plenty of restraunts and bars.

Awesome bowling alley. The unlimited bowling deal is perfect for a person that wants to bowl a lot of games. Plenty of TVs, great beer selection, and the newly renovated look is really enjoyable.
