Very dissatisfied with the experience. We were put on lane 3 and it continuously ate our balls. The lane would set up the wrong amount of pins. Finally we asked to be moved to a new lane, the worker was very upset that he had to stop playing on his phone to move us to lane 4. When we moved we continued to have the same issues. I asked the worker to speak with a manager and again he seemed upset that he had to put down his phone, and says whats the problem. I told him i would like my money back because i am very upset and i am done trying to play that we are spending more time waiting for pins to set up correctly or what for balls to return. He says well theres no manager, i asked if i should come back later or tomorrow. The worker then says well the best i can tell you is i can take your name and number. Very poor customer service, and malfunctioning lanes makes this a poor place to go.

Came up to roll n bowl, alleycats style, with mike and the boys to celebrate his 33rd birthday. We went up and got our shoes and got a few rounds in for pretty cheap price. Wasnt that fond of the music, not enough ZZ Top for my liking, but we were there to slay some pins for my boy Mike. We got a pizza and a pitcher, cashier wasnt amused when I said "beer me". Said it twice just in case, got a thousand yard stare in return. The pizza quality was what you expect from a alley although for some reason the pizza was spicy and I couldnt tell why, maybe it was the pupperoni? Long story short, we had a blast at Mikes party and would recommend thos to anyone looking for casual birthday fun.

I overheard while bowling today and I am apalled how a paying customer was treated today at Fox Bowl. From what I was told it was the owners son who told a patron to "shut the f up" in front of young children to top it off after the concerned bowler was pointing out oil on bowling surface after a man bowling the next lane over slipped and fell hard on to the lane on his back. The employee was a bully and was very threatening if he was not related he would be fired on the spot for treating a paying customer that way. We will never spend another dime here again. Absolutely classless!!!!

Bill Rodriguez in the pro shop is completely useless. I asked for a recommendation for a new ball based upon my throwing style, and his response was "... it doesnt matter. Pick any ball." Oh yeah. Great advice. Just another kid that thinks only crankers count. (Im a tweener with a 211 avg). I wont be going back there, and Im really excited to let ALL of the people I bowl with (3 leagues, 1 there) know about the awesome service they can expect from him.

Dont let the outside fool you. This is a nice neighborhood bowling alley. Staff was very friendly, shoes were clean and lanes in good condition. They have automatic bumpers that go up and down depending upon the player. Overall if you are looking to pass some time bowling with the family this is a nice place.

Fox Bowl is a class above your standard bowling alley. The restaurants menu is large and all of the food is great. If youre a local youre bound to see someone you know, and the overall atmosphere is fun. The bartenders make great drinks to enjoy while your out bowling and having fun with friends.

Very friendly staff, nice lanes (local high school team plays here) with good ball selection, pizza as good as your local joint, and cost for four is enough less than Main Event & Brunswick that you can buy yourself pizza with the savings. Good place, will return, and recommend to others.

Old equipment, needs repair. Lane 18 is especially bad. It would give 3 pins for a gutter ball. Im sure that all the lanes arent messed up. Lane 17 has a bad view screen. All the touch screens are garbage. If youre thinking about joining a league, think about going elsewhere.

We found a Groupon for 90 minutes of bowling (shoes included) for $24 and it was a lot of fun! They had bowling balls of all sizes and each table is pretty typical with a touchscreen scoreboard. They also have a bar and small arcade area.

Great Junior Bowling League! The owners are always around, and they care about the kids. The coaches are very informative and patient. The facilities are nice. Its a great experience for new bowlers and old pros. Highly recommend!

Going to Fox Bowl, Briarbrook Commons Shopping Center, 1101 Butterfield Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189 is always fun for any group Im there with. The staff and facility are excellent and I always look forward to my next time here.

We always have a decent time and the staff is friendly enough. We go on a Sat or Sun during the day when its not as crowded. The beer selection is pretty awesome and I hope they keep the craft beer selection going!

It was a pretty pleasant experience. Reminded me of the old bowling lanes from my childhood. The food was pretty good and the prices were fairly priced. Would definitely attend again.

Staff is nice and the Kids Bowl Free program is a good incentive to get kids out of the house and have fun! You get 2 free games a day and all you have to do is pay for shoes!

Pretty good place to bowl. Its a bit dated, and our balls started to jam regularly. But once we figured it out, we were able to fix it quickly. Prices are pretty good too.
