Id rate this a 4 if you didnt have to consistently wait in line to get a lane for 30+ minutes every time you go there. They typically have 1 person working the check out counter on Friday & Saturday nights with a line of 30-40 people waiting for a lane. The food counter also has 1 employee working it at all times. They are way understaffed which is not their fault, but its ridiculous to have to wait this long to get service. Waiting in line for 15-20 minutes to order a drink or food is time taken from the time you paid to bowl. I should be able to walk up and get service within 5 minutes at any counter which NEVER happens. The lanes are usually good, but the people around you dont know proper bowling etiquette and will run up on you while you are bowling. Guess thats what you get in the hood of Milwaukee though. Whoever manages or owns the place is not very business smart. You have people paying for 2 hours of bowling with all these empty lanes, yet they have to wait in line for 30 minutes to even get to a lane. Thats time being wasted that you could have 2 groups bowling on that lane before you close. You are throwing money right down the toilet. Hire some staff to get this corrected, and you could be the best bowling spot in the Milwaukee area.

Ive been bowling at Bowlero for 20 years and they are a great place to bowl. They take good care of the lanes and the staff is great but DO NOT go on days when its a $1 a game if you want to seriously work on your game. There are too many young people or people that either do not know bowling etiquette or just dont care! I think its the latter. I cant tell you how many times Id begin my delivery and along comes a schmuck on the next lane who rushes past me, hurls the ball as hard as he can then usually stands partially in my lane watching as he throws a gutterball and finally hurls obscenities at it! Thats when I just pack up and leave! Id rather pay $4.25 per game at West Allis than go through that again! But their leagues are great!

My family and I came here for a few hours of fun and thats exactly what we did. The food was good, the drinks were good. The bartender and manager were great, mgr even offered to help carry our food to the table. My kids had a better time than expected and I love seeing my mother smile and have fun. The food came out in a very time manner. The only thing I can say is cashier taking the food order was off to the side and on her phone and didnt see me walk up. I stood there for a while until I got her attention and asked if I can place an order. My experience made up for it though. Ill definitely return and recommend.

The Lanes are good, musics too loud, services is terrible, people line up just to get a lane. Worst part is the food. OMG how can you charge $3.49 for a medium soda.. and what.. you cant buy a pitcher of soda.. WTH. They have menus all over the place, but cant used them. You have to go with the afterhour menu which is about 10 items. Large Pizza.. $17.00 for an oily pizza... the nacho is a joke. The lady cooker touch everything with her bare hands yuck! I get the hint she didnt want to be there. Over all, bowling is good, dont buy any food. they are OVER PRICE and of terrible quality!

So my wife and I purchased the "summer pass" , when we arrive there, there is a huge sign that says "OPEN BOWLING". Well not for us. Apparently they were full, the lanes on the other side are being worked on. Tell me what is the point to sell these cards if you cant accommodate customers who purchased. Management just rude and no remorse !!! If it sounds too good to be true more than likely it is. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Ive been bowling here for yrs. Bowlero is great! 72 lanes always a special on bowling going on and the wait staff is great. They have all the latest and up to date drinks and a food menu that is very good. My favorite are the chicken wings. Theres a pub where on Friday and Saturday theres a live dj playing all different varieties of music. Love the place....

I went into the bowling shop to buy a ball. I was measured and then asked when I needed it. I informed the guy that I needed the ball right away. He stated that he would take care of it and then stopped to help other customers. I waited an additional 15 minutes and still an no go. I will never come back to Bowleros again. So disappointing...

We enjoyed ourselves on a family outing. Bartender could not make margaritas well, even though they were on the menu as one of the specialties. It was extremely crowded and after a certain time it seemed to turn into more of a bar/club scene. I would recommend families go in the day and leave before 10 PM. The pizza was very good!!!

Between this bowling alley and some of the school systems they put together this program called Special Olympics. And I think its a phenomenal program because it gives kids that have certain disabilities a chance to learn how to bowl and work as a team. In the end everybody walks out as a winner :-)

Ive been coming here a couple years, and now Im in a league. The employees and bowlers are friendly. Theres a small but decent beer selection. The guys in the kitchen know what theyre doing. Yeah, its kind of outdated in some places, but theyre in the process of renovating.

Huge bowling alley, two full sides. Snack bar hostess was rude... Didnt include sour cream on my super nachos and claimed i would have to pay extra, when it states it on the menu as included!

We are asked to leave because my kids threw few balls in a closed lane. Worst experience ever in any games related place. The manager was too rude. Never going again.

Classic Wisconsin Establishment and Lanes. Its a throwback in time. Large quantity of lanes, but the bar is very average.
