I was there for my sons graduation from WWC. After the graduation ceremony, when we tried to leave, there was only one escalator working so there were many, many people waiting to get on it. When my grandson, granddaughter and I finally got our turn, it was packed. There were three young graduates in front of us who, for some reason, decided to stop at the top of the escalator. I put my hands up to move them so my tiny granddaughter would not get hurt. She fell, I fell and nearly landed on top of her, and people just kept coming off the escalator onto us because there was no security to stop it. Luckily, strangers grabbed my granddaughter and my grandson pulled me up or we would have been trampled and caused many others to fall. I later found out that I had broken a large chunk of bone off my kneecap. You would think the security would be present for such a large event, but we were on our own.

The event staff is a joke. They dont know what is going on. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, and people have been waiting for longer, they tell us females at one entrance and males must use the other enterance. We were told they have only one woman to check the females. Do they not know how to staff for events?

Every Concert I have gone to has been here and it has always been fantastic experiences every time. As a child I also went to the Circus also very enjoyable and great memories from this. My Graduation was at the La Crosse Center and one of the biggest experiences in my life love the La Crosse Center a great venue.

Ive been comming here for concerts since I was 14 yrs old and Firehouse,Poison, and Damn Yankees were in town. For a smaller venue it has a good quality sound. I would like to see more bands start to schedual this place like they did in the past. Over all a lot of fun. See ya here for Megadeth and Rob Zombie.

Took in a Def Leppard Concert at this venue and was pretty happy! We had a great time and really enjoyed the show. The only complaint I have is the stage area (Standing area) got super packed and was hard to move. (Some very rude people too) Next time I would choose a seat in the upper deck areas!

Seemed like reasonable folks and prices for did werent too outrageous. Seating was comfy and had a great view. However both ATMs were broken and most of the vendors only took cash which was frustrating. There is an ATM two blocks away at US bank, in case you need it.

This was my first time at the LaCrosse Center. My Boyfriend and I bought VIP tickets to see FFDP. What a joke. Huge gaps in the crowd control process and the un-helpfulness of the employees that we spoke to. Never again.

Went to see Gay Cowboyz XXXXL here back in 08. Top notch performance venue. The architectural integrity is spot on featuring mid century brutalist features and a wonderful pond. Close to the Mississippi- if you can spell it.

Went to a wedding reception there. The ballroom facilities are visually great, but the technical side was appalling. The sounds system they provided kept failing, and their technicians couldnt seem to get it figured out.

It is rare to have goods bands come. Drinks are expensive and the staff is okay at best. Could use some remodeling as the building is outdated. The bathrooms are ridiculous during a concert, absolutely disgusting.
