Got booted from my Volunteer Coordinator spot after 1200 hours of free service in 2013 by 5the now former trans exclusionary executive director and replaced by a purple haired jackass who ran the program in to the ground, current co-executive director was involved in The situation and is trans as well which is what is so disappointing. The other new co exec director is an amazing guy and I hope he gets rid of that volunteer coordinator and makes things right with those they hurt in the past.

There is always some free fun event happening every night. This is a great place to connect to a community or create one. The staff, volunteers and people are very friendly and fun to get to know. The facility is great with all types of rooms which organizations can rent for a very low rate. Theres a large free LGBTQ library here, so stop by.

This is a great space! I have been to a few art showings there and I really have a great time! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I always look for things that are happening there!

More people in Portland should appreciate the things that the Q Center does for the LGBT community. The nicest people youll meet and theyre always offering some great events for no charge.
