Ticket office allowed the theater staff to buy remaining tickets to Pink Martini prior to the box office opening on the Monday prior to the Friday show. I had been told to call back at the box office opening time Monday morning to see if unsold ADA tickets were to be released. I called at the 11:00 opening and was told that the tickets had already been sold to an Assistant Manager at the theater and I was out of luck. This is not right and I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this theater.

Classic/historic downtown Tacoma theater that maintains its old charm. Relatively small by todays standards, though that makes the venue more intimate. Paid street and lot parking readily available. Restaurants and bars are in the area, though Id recommend an early dinner/before showtime as most restaurants arent open late.

Bad news: incredibly uncomfortable seating. Good news: the seating is going to be improved soon. One huge problem is the rows go about 20 seats across with no gap to get through... this is going to be fixed and a center aisle installed. However, until then, those with mobility issues should beware!

I am so thankful for the Pantages. Each year the Performing Arts brings a wonderful variety of entertainment. The theater is gorgeous. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. They serve a great variety of snacks and drinks. It is a place to have a fun evening out.

Bought over $200 tickets for pepe romero, given back row seats! Went and asked for better seats, told none available, only to find tons of open seats up front. They were available for $20!!!!! Total rip off.

You started letting people in the theater too late. I luckily got in before it started but some people missed the first minute of the show. But other than that everything else was great.
