Living close by, its nice to have a quiet little park to be able to walk to and read on a nice day. Theres a playground, benches, large open field, trees, and there are interesting buildings on the adjacent streets. Overall its not a fantastic park, but for the service its intended to provide, it does the job wonderfully.

Live right across the street, its not only convenient, but its also safe. Like having a well manicured yard that is taken care of by City of Seattle. :-)
