I was extremely disappointed with the one staff that was, Im guessing, supposed to patrol the entire area. She stood in one spot where there were no children. Meanwhile at the beginning of the obstacle course four 7 year old boys were jumping and wrestling each other. My 3 year old was smashed trying to climb under the obstacle and then one of the older children fell off of the top while wrestling and landed on top of him. I said kids were getting hurt to the lady doing nothing and she stared at me like I was speaking a different language. Got my children and was getting one of the kids ready to leave when one of the older boys came out holding his wrist and crying. Staff is not doing their job and I will not be bringing my children back.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we have been here and half of the arcade games take your money and dont actually work. Last week I asked why there werent signs. It happened again this week on 2 different games and the staff was rude, unhelpful and refused to refund the money. When I asked for the manager the girl who presented herself was unprofessional and refused to give contact number for the owner so I could discuss this with him/her. In addition, the place has little variety for play, is overcrowded, unkempt and smells horrible. We will not be returning.

I swear the last 2 times I took my kid here to play, he was sick with the flu a couple days later, I know that the flu was going around the last few months an know tons of people that got sick once or twice, I really like this place its great, staff has always been great, that bathroom being out of order, is ridicules, I really hope they are keeping up on cleaning an sanitation.

The staff was super friendly and supervising everything! My 3 and 4 year old had so much fun! We went on a Saturday and there wasnt a ton of people. Some parents need to do more supervising on their kids tho. If you know your child is a bully or a bad a** then dont bring them. Some of us are busy being good parents and dont need your little brat to ruin it for all of us.

Literal waste of time. Payed over 8 bucks and kiddo wanted to sit in the arcade the whole time- every game is like 75 cents plus. Id recommend wiggleworks if you need a fix in the mall, or if you want a bouncy type activity- head to pump it up in tacoma. Service isnt great there either but its more fun for the kids and cheaper.

Its Cheap and fun. But EVERY time we go the workers stand around talking. An one worker in particular has a neck full of hickeys. I always chase my daughter around and and right with her. But come on. You guys dont get paid to stand around and talk.

Im actually here right now. There are 3 employees just standing around chit chatting at the check in desk. In the hour weve been here, they havent walked out and supervised once. If my son didnt like coming here so much, we wouldnt waste our $.

It isnt huge and isnt as big as the one in Auburn, but its also only 7 bucks for 90 minutes so I dont see how thats a bad price. kids have fun and you dont have to worry about rain. staff has always been friendly when Ive been there.

My 4 year old bounced her way to happiness. Great fun for her the staff is friendly amd always have a couple of the employees walking around observing. Will come again

Kids always have a good time and equipment and arcade room are always pretty clean:) and a wall so little ones cant run out of the store ❤️

Only a couple things to jump on and staff wasnt very friendly. Stayed for 10 min, total waste of time and $.
