I wouldn’t give this place any stars if i could. My child has been harassed, injured, bullied and flat out abused at this place and the manager has done nothing to deal with the problem. For a company built on bringing joy to children it takes no action in keeping them safe. The manager told me in person that it is not his responsibility to watch over the children’s well-being. I understand boys will be boys but when my child is being bullied to a point of angry and physiological stress i think it’s time that manager changes his attitude. You have so many employees watching kids and making sure they don’t jump too high or too aggressively or any other small reason, why don’t you enforce them to watch out for bullying and misconduct? I just think that place needs new management. A manager who won’t disrespect his customers and will be professional to all around him, that’s just a rule in general the current manager can learn. The federal way location lacks any professionalism and is straight out low class. If I was running a company like this I would make some changes right away. Not only is this place becoming a clique orientated but I smelled weed on employees on more than one occasion. You have lost a good customer because this was a place we sent our son to at least 3 times a week hoping he would make friends and have fun but instead we realized he was wasting his time trying to fit in and avoid bullies. That is not what a place like TN should be like. Never will my child or his friends or anyone I know go to that place ever again. Guaranteed.

I wish I could rate no stars. This is the absolute worst place to go. I went with my whole family and to start we all had to sign a 3 page waver which took a long time to begin with. We had to wait in line for over 30 minuets! They didnt even apologize for the wait and those front desk girls kept running around like they dont know what they are doing. And after we waited we where told a "parent" had to sign for minors. My husband who is 22 years old could not sign for his own sisters! And they couldnt even just wave it and let us in because we waited so long. I suggest the management picks up the slack and start treating customers better. After all you rip people off with your ridiculous prices so you should treat every one with great service. I also dont like how there front desk just wear sweat pants and a t shirt with no shoes! It looks so unprofessional and no shoes? Really? Your not the one jumping on trampolines! You all just look so scrubby and unprofessional. Oh and they either make you purchase there stupid "jump" socks or go bare foot. STUPID way to make more money. Also this is the most stinkiest place EVER!!! They seriously need to ventilate the air in there. The way this place is managed sucks. We wasted our time, breathed stinky sweaty air and got horrible service. Everyone, do your self a favor and listen to all these bad reviews cause this place really sucks. Dont waste your money or time. I have nothing good to say about this place.

Honestly, I was not happy with the birthday party package for my daughters 9th birthday. We paid close to 300$ for her party. For 10 kids. Ages range from 3-10. There was NO structure to the place. I understand most people that work there are young teens. But they obviously didnt know how to speak to a 9 year old! They made my daughter CRY at her party. They should have had a party host, like every other place has for birthday parties. We got two pizzas with our party package. And the first time they brought us the wrong pizza.. we had already opened it, and everything. But they STILL took the pizza to give to the other party.. and who knows if our pizza was opened by the other party and touched. SO unsanitary!!! They should have set things for the PARTY GROUP to do, instead of having a bunch of kids running around all over. My daughter, family and her friends hardly could jump because they had to wait to play the dodge ball, then they didnt let my daughter and her friend jump together .. and when I approached to ask why, the associate was SO rude and basically said tough luck, go speak to the manager. Which made me fruious ! We paid 300, for the most unorganized birthday party. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! And the service is horrible. I wont do another party there, and I DO NOT recommend wasting your money here!

We set a birthday party there for two hours of trampoline time and a room. The bad service started as soon as we arrived. It took them an hour and 15 minutesoto sign all the children in. After that there was so many rules that the kids didnt even want to jump. The staff was rude and when we asked if we could speak to a manager the pig faced lady was even ruder than her employees. It was only after they brought our pizza and the children started eating it did the owner come out to talk to us. We were informed that if we wanted we could have a full refund if the children stopped eating and we got up and left right now. Of course we could do that so we were forced to deal with it. We paid $321 for 45 minutes of trampoline time and the worst service I have ever had to endure. Every time we walked by an employee they gave us dirty looks and not one of them were interacting with any of the children there. Our five year old daughter, because she is smaller than other five year olds, was force to get off the trampoline and had to go to a kiddie section by herself. When we told them she was five they asked to see a birth certificate. Like we carried something like that around with us. In short this was the worst birthday we have ever organized and we will neverbe back here again.

Ugh... took my daughter here for her birthday. I get that trampolines arent the safest things in the world but these folks take everything fun about them and ban it. No running on the trampoline, no juming near anyone else, no flipping, no stopping, standing, or sitting. We werent even allowed to jump with our daughter. We had to jump on the other side of a net because we couldnt jump in the kids section. We also couldnt stand on the deck next to her, because NO STANDING. If your kid falls down, the local equivalent of a life guard comes running over telling them they cant sit. I get that a business needs to control liability, but theyre fricken trampolines, the last remnant of dangerous toys that you cant possibly make safe, so at least let kids have fun... especially since ai have to sign 6 pages of liability release *per person* to enter. Seriously, I felt like I waw buying a house. My ex-wife summed it up best, "This is what I imagine trampolines were like in Nazi Germany..." If you dont mind watching your kid jump up and down and nothing else, 5 ft. away and seperated from you by a safety net, while a joyless staffer hover nearby ready to whistle at you if you pause jumping; then youve found your next party destination...
