Gerne wieder!

The only reason we go, or stayed through the disaster of last night, was that we adore Robbie Turner. Though we couldnt hear a portion of it, and couldnt see but a few (less than 10 minutes if you counted up all of the moments the staff or lighting guy werent in the way) moments, and those were so far away that we used our cameras 300mm lens to see that. We arrived at at 7:26 (doors open at 7), got into the performance area at 7:33, but there was one seat not reserved or taken, except for 3 tables behind the bar. I am unable to stand for more than 10 or 15 minutes without sever pain, so we sat at the best of the remaining tables. We couldnt hear various parts of the show, and could only see tiny slices of the show through our 300 mm camera lenses, and that was only when the bar staff and lighting guy were not obscuring the view. I had asked the bar staff earlier if there were any areas in the corners etc, that might remain untaken, and they just told me that its a busy night and that what I saw was all there was. When bringing the issue to the door staff, when I left, they stated that I should either get in line before 7, or buy a VIP ticket. I guess it is their right to conduct their business as such, but it is also mine, to no longer frequent that establishment. The sad part is, that we adore Robbie Turner and his performances!

Ive been in here quite a few times since they opened. Its a Hard Rock Cafe. Its certainly not the best place in the area but theres nothing inherently wrong with it either. The menu is standard big box restaurant stuff. The wait staff has always been friendly and helpful. Its a little strange that theres only one restroom on the main floor. Its a little on the pricey side but this isnt in a low rent neighborhood either being only block away from Pike Place Market. There are some pluses to this Hard Rock though and they are BIG pluses. The location is conveniently located right downtown. Its a good central meet up spot, which I why I usually end up here. The restaurant is really beautiful. They did an nice job with all the decor and Seattle rock memorabilia. If its a sunny day and the rooftop deck is open you must go! They have a HUGE deck overlooking Pike Place Market and Puget Sound. There are a couple fire pits and lots of lounge patio furniture. Theres a bar up there as well and limited appetizer menu. Youd be hard pressed to find a better place to enjoy a happy hour drink after work. 3 stars over all. 5+ stars for the rooftop deck in the Summer.

My husband and I decided to stop in here because I had never been to a hard rock and my husband loves the hard rock cafes. This was probably the only thing during our trip we were unhappy with. Lets start with the bathroom. It was a disaster it smelled of puke and urine looked like a hurricane had been through it. When I came back to our table our waitress was sitting acrossed from my husband in a VERY short skirt and had her cleavage hanging out. (Not a big deal but not very professional) as the dinner continued I got to see our waitresses underwear 3 times (they may have been really short spanks) and the food was mediocre at best. The waitress was very unattantive and when ever she would come to the table she would basically just sit down. The one time she did check on our drinks she specifically asked my husband if he needed a refill while my water glass had been empty for around 10 mins, I had also begun drinking my husbands water at this point and she left before I could ask for a refill. She then dissappeared for about 15-20mins while we waited to get our check...it was rediculous! We wont be going back. Worse restaurant experience Ive ever had.

This place seems to be Hit, Hit, Miss on a three part rotation. Ive bellied up to the bar & received excellent service. Ive been seated and got excellent service. & usually said Miss is something so minor like a late drink, or just taking a little too long to be seated. Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes. & lord knows Ive waited outside of Glos & many other establishments for 45 minutes to an hour+. But those places get five stars, & the Hard Rock gets 4 and heres why; Its good at what it advertises. Its a chain that tries to be unique to the location especially with its food. (well as unique as you can make a music venue/ sports bar. Thats pimping its active wear. Its all kinda samey) the legendary burger is no joke! It makes me want to take a nap. In a good way. The happy hour is decent as well. Service varies from person to person. But Im never ignored. No body is rude. When they first moved to town, I worked at a competing Venue around the corner. I went in there looking for something to complain about. But was served a bit of humble pie. Four Stars but just barely.

We went to hard rock today for lunch and a drink. We got there around time they just opened for business. We went to rooftop. We sat down for more than 5 mins and waiter kept ignoring us instead she kept doing other things like wiping other tables . She did not even welcome us. We were the only customers at rooftop so its not like she was busy with other customers. This was our first time there. So we finally called her and she said we need to come counter to show ID and make order. She seemed to have lots off attitude. We were very disappointed with the service that we decided to leave. On our way out we thought we complain to one of the managers that was on duty but instead of understanding our concerns he seemed to be more defensive. This was our first time and you cant blame us for not knowing their rules that at rooftop you have to order at rooftop. The least that the waiter should have done is at least explain the rules to us instead of ignoring us and being mean and then having a manager who is not interested on legitimate concerns by customers

Arrived arround 1030 pm for a new years drink/food and entertainment. To get to the DJ they wanted $25 per person just to get in. Should have been more reasonable or even free for the new years. We waited at least 10 minutes for service at our table. It was not busy then. I had to ask an employee for a waiter. They arrived about 10 minutes later. As far as the Hard Rock cafe itself; I was not very impressed. I have been to Hard Rock London, Paris, San Francisco and San Diego; all of which put the Seattle cafe to shame as far as atmosphere and service. One good point however; one friendly employee took interest with our experience there. He was professional and was the exception to the rule for the cafe employees there in Seattle. Cafe needs overall improvement. Also I noticed many patrons leaving early, and they did not look pleased with their experience at all.
