My friend and I went on Saturday night to the bar and we have been to the bar many times actually. Unfortunately for us, the ignorant fool that carded my friend did not know what he was doing. He had no idea how to verify her ID. He did not have a black light and he had no idea what to look for on the ID. He asked her "What is the prefix to your number?" We both thought he was joking since we had both been there before. She replied with the area code of her phone number. And he replied "Sorry we are not taking out of state IDs." And she, still thinking he was joking, replied "Why?" And he just nodded his head without saying a word. He didnt even look her. We went to Steiners across the street and they verified her ID with a black light. Sorry B&V, you need more experienced staff to check IDs for the bar at night because that kid has no idea what he is doing.

We absolutely LOVED the food at B&V! The raw oysters and fried calamary were excellent starters. Between 5 of us, we had 2 Cool Burgers, the turkey burger, and the salmon burger. ALL were off the charts amazing! They have a variety of french fry choices, so we had garlic fries and sweet potato fries. Really good. The only negative was it took forever for our drinks to come out, as in our appetizers were finished before we got our drinks. Not good, but we were chill, and definitely would go back because the food was that good!

Sat at bar with my girlfriend Saturday for lunch 2pm the worst experience. In front of register two bartenders could not get a hello or a welcome. Finally got a beer after we reached for a menu waited to be attended, not happening instead a bartender took it from me crumpled it and through it away forget about asking if we wanted anything. Wanted to make a stink stopped by my good Christian girlfriend. Will not ever step in there again the bad guy one!

We stopped in for a quick bite in between the winery tastings and enjoyed a good meal. The burger we ordered was huge and large enough to share for a lighter lunch. The weird thing about this place is the amount of flies that were everywhere which we didnt understand. They cook the food behind the bar, so it could potentially be a problem.

Service & Beers-Very good. Food-Not so good. I was with three other people, we all ordered a variety of things, and only one person actually liked their food. We ordered: Ribs, chicken & rice, chicken sandwich, vegan burger, and onion rings. Food was presented nicely, but lacked any flavor. Would not recommend.

After a long day of wine tasting, our brains were buzzing and we needed food. A good, solid, juicy burger. B&V Whiskey Bar did not disappoint! We got the burger, fries and onion rings (but dont tell my Cardiologist!)! It was all delicious. Our bellies and our brains thanked us. So will you! Enjoy!

My burger was wonderful, as was my husbands. But my friends fried chicken looked burnt and had too much breading on it (yes, that can happen). And the server forgot to bring our appetizers. A mixed experience. Too many TVs, but there are places to sit where you cant see them.

Nice place... Great bartender. Went for the oak barrel ribs.... well.... nothing to write home about (get your sauce on the side.... not very "BBQ")... and the hand cut fries. ... well... maybe not "hand" cut... So... food average, service & friendly... great...

Cool spot, good (smoked) food and burgers. Had a codi burger, half a chicken, and smoked brisket, all great. Waitress seemed overworked, while friendly and helpful, seemed she was constantly running around to cover all her tables. That said, would recommend.

Everything we had was delicious (pulled pork, brisket, mudslide, ice cream, truffle and regular fries) Coleslaw a more tart version (was good as side). Drink took a while but they were great with my daughter and made everything right! Will go again!!!!

The ribs would be great if they didnt cover them in a half gallon of sauce. I really enjoyed them once I scraped off as much as I could. The bartender was very nice, but the service wasnt very good. Good place to watch a game.

Great food beverage selection! The inventive burger menu was delicious and could be served BUNLESS on lettuce. Wait/bar staff were awesome even through the Giants v Mets game! A local, yet sophisticated sport bar w class.

Stopped here while on a wine tour, and didnt regret it. Friendly and efficient service, great burgers and ribs, and one wonderful salad made with local goat cheese and fresh basil and tomatoes. Overall an excellent lunch.

Great burgers. Handcrafted, topped with one of several aged cheeses and served with some of the best fries Ive had. Reminded me of everything Ruby Tuesdays tries to achieve but where RT falls short, B&V delivers.

Great place for happy hour. The food comes out quickly and is good. There is a very nice selection of beer on tap including local beer. It can get crowded in the bar area but other seating is available.

Carlos has a pretty impressive menu with a variety of choices. Their burgers are pretty amazing, BBQ is good (just not as good as the burgers) and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

How can you wreck coleslaw? The ingredients were great : chopped finely, fresh. But the dressing. OML. Some vague vinegary stuff. Coleslaw is coleslaw folks. Good fries.Ok ribs.

Best happy hour you will ever find. 7 days a week 3-6 with drinks and food, try and beat it. Food is good and drinks are priced right, what else do you need?

Love the lunch menu here. Big sandwiches, that are both tasty and messy. The French fries are really good, too, especially if you order them extra-crispy.

AWESOME BBQ! We had the Codi burger and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were great! Prices are a little to the high side for lunch, but truly great food!!!

The BBQ rives are incredible in this place, smoked with ok wood from used wine barrels the taste is amazing, highly recomend it

Tasty, friendly. I had a whiskey milkshake. Have a late lunch there (3pm) to avoid crowds on beautiful Friday afternoons.
