I walked into this location today with a friend. There was one staff member who was talking very socially with someone behind the desk, which was fine. However, we waited a while, and we were not acknowledged whatsoever. There was literally nobody playing at any of the stations, and the vibe was generally strange. I didnt feel welcome, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its a shame, the idea has potential.

Birthday party for a group of 5. Seems to have one person working with a scheduled party. Part of the package was having a PLAYlive host. He was too busy to be around for party, so rated 4 stars. There was an issue in start where birthday boy could not play the chosen game, so he extended whole time for everyone 30min to make up for it. They need more help during scheduled eventies/parties.

This place is great. The staff are super fun and helpfull, and dont care if bring a huge bag of pennys to pay! (They did actually care) the seats are comfy and adjustable, the headsets have great sound, and its just a good place to go and hang out with some friends. Also a good daycare for 7-10 year olds. Pay for a couple hours and go shopping while your kid is playing MC.

Every Wednesday or Saturday Ill come by here and play Rayman and need for speed David the guy behind the counter is a friendly and helpful person whenever I need help hes there and the place is a nice clean place to chill and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend this place for everyone

This is my favorite place to enjoy a nice, relaxing evening of gaming. I love the comfy chairs and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this to a friend. Kudos for being so knowledgeable about all the new games, too!

The staff here are helpful and really good at game suggestions and making you feel welcome. Sometimes it can get really busy when they have parties, but if you walk over to them, they are pretty quick to help you out.
