+evan woodard if you think this is the most upscale casino in washington then you obviously hasnt been to snoqualmie casino.... thats all I can say. This is casino is ok, but definitely not the most upscale in washington. It might be the second best after snoqualmie casino. A lot of the staff are really "old fashioned" which is definitely not my thing maybe its because a lot of the staff are senior age or close to it. Even some security in the entrance are close-to-senior-age-people. Which is odd? and they do get in your way sometimes which can be annoying. Me and my kids go to the Deli together sometimes and they ALWAYS has to stop us which doesnt make a bit of sense. Like chill, were going to eat, not bringing them to the casino so why do you even care....? And Im not saying all of them are like this, just those with older age. One thing I love about Snoqualmie casino is that they are care free. I have never been asked or stopped when I bring my kids into the casino or to the buffets to eat. Thats how normal people should act. I dont know why they care so much but one thing is for sure, we are never eating or buying food here again. Environment? meh. There are a lot of rednecks near this area so theres a lot of low class people speeding the crap out of there ricers in the parking lot. The noise is up the ceiling. So dont expect having a quiet time in the parking lot. But you know, on the other hand things like this doesnt always happen, just some of them are like this. Overall its an ok casino, and would be even better without these annoying people. Slot machines are ok, just like any other casino. Nothing much to say about that.

I was the victim of domestic violence in 2009. In early January of 2010, I reported this to the police, who went to Red Wind Casino to question the suspect -- Kevin Hamilton, an employee of the casino. He wasnt at work, so the officer told his supervisor that he would return tomorrow, and asked the supervisor not to alert Kevin to the fact that he would be returning for questioning. The next day when the officer arrived, Kevin was set apart in a separate room, was well prepared for the officers arrival and knew all about the fact that an officer had come the day before. So "someone" at Red Wind tipped him off, thereby not cooperating with law enforcement in a domestic violence investigation. The supervisor has made contradictory statements on this matter, first saying that he handles all law enforcement inquiries regarding his employees, then claiming that he was not the one who met with the officer on his first visit to the casino. So who tipped Kevin off, then? Why dont you take some responsibility and stop protecting criminal abusers. In short, dont go to Red Wind Casino. They employ and knowingly defend perpetrators of domestic violence. I will retract this review following a full apology from those employees responsible for not cooperating with the police.

This place truly sucks. Been coming here for about 1 1/2 years, it used to be fun, even though I walked out and left my money there most of the time. Now its not even fun to play anymore. I go thru $300 within 1 hr. on a max bet of $1.60 easily. Its been like this for a while now. I know a lot of people that dont even come no more, I just continued coming because it was closed to home and I kept thinking it got to change, but it didnt. It really makes you feel ripped off. I will take my business either to the Little Creek or Lucky Eagle, at least I get to play for a while. You guys want to much to fast. Update: Thought i give it another try, but nothing has changed. Quitt ripping people off. i spend 4 hours at one the same set of machine and noone, literally noone walked of with anything other than empty pockets. its no fun, let people play for a while at least. This is ridiculous. you make money fast like this, but people wont come back. I expect at least to play a little for my money am have some fun, but I dont like being ripped off every timeI come. $100 in 10 min is ridiculous.

Every since they did their major remodel their machines have been tighter than ever. My Rewards kept going down down down no matter how much money I lost there. I finally got smart and started going to the Lucky Eagle and the Little Creek where Im able to win money and not leave there empty-handed. And theres absolutely too much tribal parking in the bottom garage they need to make them wheelchair accessible parking. The last straw was when they took my favorite machines out which is "Lucky lava" and replace them with rotten games that dont pay. I think they took Lucky lava" out cuz it paid often thats all I can think & everybody loved that game and it was always being used. The Lucky Eagle in Rochester has three lucky lavas left and has no plans to remove them besides I dont leave there empty-handed so thats why I go there from now on

I am very disappointed and disgusted with Redwind Casino. I called them last night to enquire if they had installed the new slot machines (Fu Dao Lei) at their casino. A male staff member informed me that they did install the machines. I live in Kent and today I drove all the way to Redwind Casino and found out they did not have the machines. I find it very disturbing that they had to lie just to lure me to play at their casino. Last night I also called Lucky Eagle and Little Creek Casinos with the same enquiry, and their staff members demonstrated great integrity by telling me the truth about not having the machines. I think it is of vital importance that Redwind Casino send their staff to little Creek and Lucky Eagle Casinos to learn how to treat customers with integrity and provide exemplary customer service.

Spend $$$$ there - Enough that I receive $500 a month incentives. Yet I have never won a "Jackpot" and the only "Windfall" I won in months was for $30 after playing over $1400. Food is very poor, the dance club has the smallest dance floor of any club Ive ever been to, and very little seating. The male to female ratio. 20 women to ever man. Drinks expensive and yet not very good. Drunk men in the bar are allowed to be abusive, stalk, and physically accost elderly people (younger man shoved a 78 year old man very hard when the older man tried to stop the younger man from following a woman he was calling names.) Security was ineffective and rude because I made them get involved. Police just as bad. What did I expect? Would compare this to playing in a ghetto ally - Wont ever be back.

Up until last night I always thought the Red Wind was a really great casino, always fair and the machines equally so. Last night no machines were paying and this was expressed by numerous people. I was playing a bank of Cash Cove that was paying different payouts for the same hits; wasnt cycling when a big win was made - it would just flat out stop; was giving very, very few bonuses. Numerous people playing were making the same comments on this game and no one could figure out why the machines were acting so weirdly. I still like the casino, but after last night my view is a bit more jaded. I also agree service in the Deli is extremely slow - people stand in line way too long for such simple food orders.
