My son and his two friends, all age 10 had a tramatic experience in the paintball arena. They were NOT shown how to take the safetys off of their guns prior to the game. They WERE told that if they had a problem, to raise their guns and an attendant would come to them. Myself and another mother were not there during the instructions. However, we noticed numerous times during the game that the boys would raise their guns from behind a large "rock". We also noticed that they were not shooting back. We kept asking each other what was going on. All of this, while 2 adults and 3 other kids stood their shooting them out in the open while our 3 boys were hovering for cover. FINALLY, after about 5 minutes, an attendant went to check on them. They all 3 came out crying hysterically. They said that they had not been able to shoot at all and that no one came to help them when they kept raising their guns. They were covered in welts and bruises, mostly caused from not being able to defend themselves from the 5 bullies who ganged up on them when they could not take a shot in their defense. The attendants there are AWFUL. They are not trained properly. They should have showed the kids how to turn the safetys off. But, more importantly, they should have gone to the kids when their guns were raised instead of talking to each other. The owner did nothing but refund our money. He made no apologies, did not try to calm the boys down, or speak to his employees about what transpired. He kept telling me to calm down. I said to him, "NO, you tell those crying boys to calm down!". The three boys were emotionally and physically scarred that day. None of them will ever step foot in that place again for any of thier activities. And, that is a shame, because that place has a lot to offer. But, not only will I not support G-Force, I feel that my son would have an anxiety attack if he ever went there again. He was invited to a birthday party there this weekend, and exclaimed "NO!" when I asked him if he wanted to go. So, that being said and seeing his reaction.....the owner should feel lucky that I am not one of those people who sues others for a living. The whole situation was handles very badly. BEWARE of the paintball game!

My experience started off as a good one because this company gave my son a good start as a first job but unfortunately that changed as of yesterday. See my son became agitated and cussed (to himself) and because the owner seen and read his lips on what he said my son was then sent home after a hour of being at work. Mind you my son apologized to the owner answered him yes sir no sir and in return he tells my son "I dont even want to talk to you just go home" RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR as an employer so once I came up the place to get a better understanding of the situation he tells me my son has a nasty attitude but mind you this is the same kid who just apologized and using yes sir no sir. But OK.. Then he goes into telling me how the customers experience could be ruiened and how social media works all he needs is for one customer to give one star and a complaint... Hmmm well the last time I checked I am a parent who was standing there trying to speak with this man and his arrogance was over the top I asked why wasnt my son giving the chance to explain and his response to me was "why should I have giving him the chance to explain" maybe because as an employer you should give your employees that much respect to do so..Thats why!! And further more while worrying about your customers experience you should put just that much worry into your employees because once again you just seem to forget that I AM A PARENT but because I wasnt a customer I didnt get "customer service"tone I got the Im the boss and its what I say or out the door tone. So now my son is out of a job because "he cant work around noise" BS please dont use that as an excuse if that was the case he wouldnt have applied in the first place. And further more they didnt give a phone call to let my son know not to return they removed him from the employee Facebook page but every employee knows my son got fired though.. Thats my experience for this place.. And word to the wise social media works both ways for your customers and employees so try not to make it all about your customers when your employees help you keep your business a float..

Our son has been racing go karts at G-Force for more than 5 years, and moved from the "junior" karts to adults and then their Super Karts! It is a fun, fast, crazy experience that is not cheap to do... but they have memberships you can buy that are a good deal and help make it more affordable. Sometimes they have Groupon deals that are really good too, and other times that have package deals on their website that really help lower the cost. Also, you need to really think about the day and time you plan to go... everybody and their uncle wants to go Friday night and on the weekend, and staff cant control how many people show up. There is only one track so, if tons of people show up, lines and wait times can get really long. If you want a good experience, plan to go on a weekday like at 6 or 7PM (except on Mondays as they are closed), or even Sunday like 7 or 8PM. Early Saturday or Sunday mornings, right when they open, are not too bad either. Staff is young and will be attentive if not crushed with crowds, though they can get flustered easily when crowded and when people get obnoxious with them. Stay calm, be patient and go during those off-hours. Karts are fast and fun. Great place for a kids birthday party as long as they are into kart driving or lasertag.

Extremely disappointed in G Force experience. I went there for my sons 9th birthday. First off the waiting times - in order for my son to race we had to wait an hour... which would be fine if we could do another activity the offered while there, but the issue was that apparently the laser tag started at the same time as the race. Me and my boyfriend were there with my son so we asked that after my son was done driving in the kiddie race, if he could just hop in the cart with me to do that. The representative for G Force told me that because the races were back to back he could not ride with me and again we would have to wait another hour for the adult race where my son could ride too... This would be 2 hours of waiting time, with nothing to do in between. They offer for your birthday for if you pay for a race you get a free activity, well after I asked for us to get signed up for the activity the attendant told me that "that isnt going to work unless you want to wait around for hours" This was NOT because they were busy, I guess its just how the run. Long story short, I will Not be going back there. What was supposed to be a fun activity for my son & I to do turned into a boring waste of money.
