We got married in November 2009 and had a wonderful experience with the Waterford at Fair Oaks. We had a large wedding (200+) people and the Waterford was the most affordable and best deal around. There arent any extra fees - everything was included in one package, even an open bar, in the price and it was 30-40% lower than almost everywhere else we looked. Charlena and Chris were both so easy to work with. Always very responsive, communicative, and very helpful. We had some unique and specific things we wanted to do at our reception and they worked with us to make sure everything was perfect. We were also able to get beautiful pictures around the facility and the dining room chandeliers are very impressive and beautiful. We continue to get great reviews about the food at our wedding. It was delicious. My favorite was the Crab Cakes and Virginia Ham Biscuits for appetizers. I still dream about them. We had a buffet reception and were worried that it would take a long time to get all 200+ people through the food line quickly but the Waterford promised us it would be done in 15 minutes and it was. Overall, I would highly recommend the Waterford at Fair Oaks. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there. It was awesome!

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Consuelo and her excellent team. They are extremely professional and provided quality customer service. We received so many compliments on our event and most of them it was because the service, the entire look of our party, the quality of work was awesome. From the beginning when we were looking for a venue for the event, Consuelo answered every question and addressed all of our concerns. Throughout the entire process, including the day of the party, her assistant and their staff were there with all our needs and attending to our guest. Be aware that the staff will steal your food, at your event, if you have it catered from an external caterer. They will not ask you if it is OK to take some, which is customary, but will rather take multiple heaping piles of food during your event and stow them away. It is unknown at this point what other items they steal, but be weary of the staff and your belongings here.

They were AWESOME. From the very beginning, they were there for us every step of the way. The room was stunning the night of our wedding, the wait staff was efficient, courteous, and very prepared. They were all around GREAT. I would absolutely have another event there, and tell my family and friends!

This was where my friend held her reception after her wedding. This place is gorgeous, elegant, enormous and a perfect place for a reception. Its easy to get to. The staff is so friendly. Im considering holding mine here.

The waterford is a nice conference center, however it is tucked away on the mall property and can be hard to find and while plenty of parking in the near environs the actual parking for the waterford is lacking
