Ladies night out with old friends-coworkers. First off cover charge went from $7 to $10 tonight, which En Novations is well worth it!!!! Second 4 ladies ordered dinner and one friend ordered 2 drinks, one pepsi, 2 friends ordered water with their meal. Food was very good, Loved the band, but when we got our bill ....our mouths dropped because 2 friends who ordered water was charged $1.50 for water. So our bill for the table rounded up to $105 + $10 cover charge each. So $145 for 4 ladies on the town to enjoy a night out. Having a great time. but $1.50 for Water people.... One of my friends talk to the Owner about the water charged...he got very upset,,,Heres a few quotes from him, to our table! "People like yall make me want to retire!" "If I retired ..you wouldnt have no where to go".. few other comments that were so unprofessional to customers, and we were as I said deer in headlights::::: We thought we were going have to find a police Officer or Bouncer the way he was acting around us! We settled our bill during first break,and wanted to just have a bar tab, but NEVER got serve or refills on our water or sodas for 1.5 hours we were there or asked if we wanted anything else. Which my friends wanted drinks from the bar, but NEVER saw the waitress again for our table. So we danced the night away!!! The two tables around us said they heard him and one advised us to seek legal, call for witnesses !!!! One of the employees told me later, owner told them not to serve us anymore. The old woman that use to be the "Bully-In-Charge" over the coctail waitresses, which I think is the bar manager now, needs to retire or be fired. She is the rudest person. Not only is she rude, but has the nastiest attitude ever. She is not a nice person. Dont go there unless you want to be treated like crap. She thinks shes in a higher class bracket...like shes better than anyone else.....News Flash....She needs to go back to school & get a Customer Service Certification. My opinion: shes at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to giving courteous Customer Service. Midway deff aint what it use to be.

Honestly, it wasnt a bad place to be. Some of the drinks were very expensive (ones you wouldnt think would be), while others that you think would cost $8.00 plus were cheaper. The pool table area is extremely cramped because its by the bathroom. When youre shooting pool, you could and will hit the wall by accident too. There were people from young to old there. It was an alright experience but it never felt like a club as much as a country honky-tonk bar. And, btw, the people from Little Creek, be courteous when you are beat playing pool! SERIOUSLY! You threw a fit because my bf beat you fair and square.

I went 3/15 because I like the band that was playing there that night. I went expecting to buy supper. Nobody waited on me for at least 15 minutes and when the waitress did come to me, she asked me to move. I was sitting at a small table with 4 chairs and I was by myself. I offered to sit at the empty bar and she said that would be fine. About 20 minutes later, she asked me if I wanted anything. I asked for a glass of water. She never returned with my water. It is a nice place but I was not treated nice.

THEY CHARGE FOR WATER. My friends and I went to the line dancing night at Club Midway. When we got there there was nobody there and it was a bit awkward. But then people started to show it and there was a bit of a crowd. Later while dancing I wanted some water and at this club they CHARGE FOR WATER.

Wish I could give this place a neg star.Not only was food bad but the attached bar "midway lounge" sucks. There was a fight in there and drinks were weak. After telling a few friends about my experience they confessed they have had the same bad experiences in this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Broiled platter was boiled: items were rubbery, overcooked and bland. Side vegetables were mushy. Atmosphere was bright, restaurant was clean. Service was fast in both seating and speed of food delivery. Poor rating because atmosphere and service cannot overcome bad food.

This used to be a great place to hang and mingle. Now people are rude and the service is slow....and some of the beers are higher than other places. What happened?.....I think the best best is to stay home and order pizza..food is good though.

Both me and my wife had the all u can eat crablegs. The crablegs were great and so was our waitress. She never let my tea go empty. I dont get all the bad reviews below but we had a great visit and would definitely reccomend.

Crappy food and rude hostess. Had high hopes for this when we moved to Mechanicsville 15 years ago - since we barely live a mile from it. Eaten there twice, never again.

Great spot for dancing and live music as they offer many different genres throughout the month. The dance floor has plenty of room and the crowd is friendly and inviting.

Great local lounging club with alot of space to move around on the dance floor. Also has an outside bar area which is closed in for the winter moments

Good stuff! Huge restaurant, so theres never a wait. Hush puppies. Good service. Theres a crab and cheese dish I think about all the time.
