A Malm

My wife and her friends wanted to see the famous salsa group, El Gran Combo. We ordered the tickets online ($87 for 2). The tickets read that show time was at 8 PM. Our friends got there before us and after many questions, found out the show time was at 10:30. My wife and I showed up at 9. Security involves a pat down (normally I dont frequent places with that) but they were courteous. The food menu was handwritten and there were no descriptions of the contents but service was polite and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The quesadillas we had were passable. The utensils were plastic and the beer was served in plastic tumblers. For whatever reason, the bar tab and the dinner tab were separate. 10:30 rolled around- no band. 11:30, no hint of the band. My wife and I packed it in at 12:45 AM with no indication the band was coming out. Our friends stayed until 1:45 and the band finally came out. Since closing time was 2 AM, the $40 show was only going to be 15 minutes. Our friends told us there was such upset that the police had to be called to calm the crowd down. The owner of the club reluctantly offered refunds. We intend to request them as well. From beginning to end, the place felt like a scam. The food was overpriced, the live entertainment never came out and the whole night, through the loud music, the DJ tried to rev the crowd up by talking about the music of Puerto Rico but he offered no clue as to when or if the band was going to show up. The owners wanted people to sit there for 5+ hours eating and drinking and spending money without offering the show he promised. We wont be back.

Ami me encanta este lugar pero el día de ayer en el concierto de Zacarías Ferreira tuve una mala experiencia con una mesera nos dio muy mal atención nunca se acercó a ver si todo estaba bien y ala hora de pagar me salió enojada y exigiendo más propina le aviamos dejado 10 dolares cuando no selo tenía ni merecido pinche Bieja muerta de hambre es verdad una mesera gana por sus propinas pero eso se gana no se exige enserio tienen q ser cuidadosos con el personal q contratan muy mala experiencia...es un señora q anda una su carterita todo el tiempo colgada en en cuello

Este lugar es lo peor que he visitado es sucio desorganisado ..y si hablamos de los que estan en la puerta como el señor que esta aplastado..en la entrada ni hablar sin educacion mal hablado muy mala aparincia. Y una señora tal para cual pobres meseras si son esos sus jefes..muy mal cervicio yo no lo recomiendo ...busquen otro lugar ..para pasarla bien y no este para amargarce el rato..

This is some of the best El Salvadorian food you can find in America. The papusas are delicious and just as delightful are the owners. It is a friendly atmosphere. Anyone who knows food knows the place doesnt have to have expensive looking furniture and fancy layouts to be good and in fact most of the best food comes from ordinary looking stores. This is by far something you should go out of your way to visit. It may take longer to drive here because it is in an industrial, not residential, neighborhood is worth it. Everything here is pretty cheap too, you really cant beat it! Please support delicious and affordable food.

Worst club ever . The waitresses were rude and one pushed me and didnt even apologize.the club reserved every single table so that people would pay 10 dollars a person just to sit down, apart from the cover charge. The club owner seemed to be high when i told him that his staff pushed me and was rude . He did nothing at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CLUB .WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
