One of the most underrated visitors centers I have visited. This is a great place to learn about the history of German immigrants in the US, with a small museum! The walking trails are gorgeous and feature rare flowers and cliffs. Great for trail running or for taking the family for a picnic. Check it out, you might even discover you are a descendant! ;)

Beautiful little bldg at this site but not very user friendly to the folks that have been here for decades. It used to be a nice spot on the river, what a shame that they made this into a "historical" place, now it doesnt even seem familiar or approachable anymore
