This place was a lot of fun. There was a railcar and 2 cabooses set up that contained various railroad paraphernalia. It was all volunteer ran and you could tell they were passionate about the place which is always great. The kids enjoyed it because they could climb in some of the areas and there were a few trainsets set up for entertainment too. They took us on the tracks for maintenance about a mile to the end of their property to the main tracks. It was a fun ride and we all enjoyed it. Was a fun time for all ages and we already recommended it to some friends in the area.

We took our grandsons there today and had a wonderful experience. They are ages 5 1/2 and 4 and there was lots of cool stuff to see inside the trains and outside and we took the ride as well. It was awesome!!! The volunteers are amazing and their love for what they do, and for the history of the trains, really shines through. We will definitely go again. In a world full of high-tech toys and places you can take kids to, this museum is a reminder of how cool the simple things can be. The boys had a blast and loved yelling "All Aboard"!!!

These guys are wonderful volunteers and do this for the love of it. Its not very big but its free and you get to ride the rail.
