Atumpan the Talking Drums Edutainment

There seem to have been upgrades since I visited this AMF location years ago. TV screens are at the end of each lane and bowlers can choose a theme that includes a photo of each bowler which displays during that bowlers turn. We didnt use the pool tables or the arcade but they look like a great way to pass the time while you wait for a lane or if you have a large group and not enough lanes. Service and food was prompt and our server made great suggestions for our group of nine to maximize food, soda, and beer choices. Since they offer refills on soft drinks we let the 2 kids share a small soda and the 2 guys ordered a pitcher of beer. Pizza was delicious and the wings are spicy regardless of the flavor you order (great choice if you can take the heat). The sampler platter was a good choice and we were able to substitute the fried pickles for French fries.

Poor....poor...poor !!!! Had a problem with my lane. I requested a for a manager to assist. The manager ( Julia) seem completely clueless. She was more focused in chatting with other employees. Then helping a customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have owned a company many years. My customers are ALWAYS number one. (Julia) is not a fit person to hold a management position. Based on my first time ever in this bowling alley. I will never go back! MY RATING IS 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE A HALF STAR WAS NO OPTION.

I would usually give 5 stars because Ive been coming here for years BUT the experience I had rubbed me the wrong way. I planned my sons 8th birthday party and was told the payment which was over $200 had to be made in full the day before. So I arrive, first in line tell the cashier I need to pay for a party and was told "just a second." I saw a whole line of people get serviced as I waited patiently. This was the worst service I have received hopefully the party makes up for it!!

Our family regularly plays at this facility, and its a great place to bowl. Its clean, well run and regularly has specials. They have a well stocked bar and the food is excellent, but its certainly family and kid friendly. Also, check out their Summer Pass special, which gets you 3 games a day with shoes for the summer at around $26. Weve gone almost every day since purchasing it.

The bowling here is very good, the food is no more than whats expected: pizza, wings, fried foods, soft drinks, etc. My only complaint is a significant one. The customer service decreases as the volume of patrons increases and the integrity of staff has come into question on a few occassions over the past 3 years. I frequent this bowling alley about 2 - 3 times a month.

Th alley itself is okay, but after completing a bowling league that earned us a free ball, trying to get the ball drilled was a nightmare. The pro shop posted hours that it didnt keep and then just wouldnt show up, even if you were able to catch the guy. I was flat out lied to twice about when someone would be there. I will NEVER use this pro shop again.

The service was nice. As we arrived the attendant was friendly and politely informed us that they were preparing for Bowling competition and what hours we had available to bowl. The building was clean and very well maintained. I ordered two alcoholic beverages and they tasted very well. Id definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I gave 2 stars for the bowling, great lanes and lots of them, but regular low quality food that is made with absolutely no love. The staff is horrible and the beer is warm. Forgot our drink orders twice, forgot to make or pizzas and lost us with our fries order so those had to be remade as well.

The lanes and the food are great the staff is alright the only thing that gets me though is the days that the leagues meet plus i also want to say that everything about this place is good i know alot of people that work there trust me i used to live near it and i still do to this day

This is the best AMF bowling facility. The others dont compare to all you can do here compared to the others. Plus its in a great location and its not dark, dirty or smelly. Atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is more than happy to assist you in any way shape or form.

I take my grandkids here often. The staff is so fun they even have an open arcade area so you can see all of the kids clearly. The lanes are kept very clean. I went one Sunday with my grand daughter, there were no lanes available, so the manager gave us 2 free passes.

Staff was being rude. Both managers were at the counter when my brother and I approached and instead of addressing us they continued there entire conversation. Then decided to assist us just to tell us there are no lanes available. Thanks for wasting 10mins.

Ive been here 2 times and each time I had a great time. The staff doesnt really look to happy to be there but they are still respectful and nice when they approach and help you. I would definitely say Ill be back.

Nice place. Decent food. Cold beer. They have billiards. The prices have gone up though, way up. Good job venue for parties. Kid friendly. Clean bathrooms. They sell you bowling pins for the b-day person.

Was there for a company function that totally went off without a hitch. Food was plentiful and hot. Customer Service and waitresses were excellent. I would recommend this bowling alley to everyone!

The lanes are not to challenging. Service is par for AMF. They really shine on the extreme bowling nights. State of the art entertainment. Way better than the other AMF centers in the area.

Great place to bring your children!! Saturday morning childrens league has lots of benefits and opportunities for scholarships for college. Check out the program there, its awesome!!!
