Came here with my family, which includes young children one afternoon for a little bowling fun. We reserved two lanes earlier in the week and were able to add a third lane when we got there due to extra people in our group. We bowled two games and decided to add a third when I noticed the bowling specials sheet by the register showed Tuesday and Thursday were buy one game get one free, just like the website says. I checked my receipt and noticed we werent given the deal, so I inquired. The man said specials are not honored if you reserve a lane ahead of time, you have to just show up and hope they have lanes available for that. He told me that should have been explained when I made the reservation, but I told him it was not. He refunded me over $30 on the spot and I felt that was fair. During the course of our game, I realized that it was Wednesday and should not have received the discount, so we settled up before I left. I work rotating shifts and just came off nights so I had my days wrong, but I give them an "A" for customer service. Overall, Id say I was pretty happy with our experience. Great customer service. Prices are a bit high though if you dont grab a special, and it would be nice if the website reflected the no special on reservations policy. Will return.

I am not in a league and I have never had a problem getting an open lane. I am not what most would call a "bowler" but I go to this bowling alley maybe once or twice every two weeks and I always have a awesome time with my friends. Drinks are awesome and the place is clean and friendly. I am the worst bowler ever I really just like drinking and hanging out with my friends without having a hole in my pocket at the end of the night. Oh and try the chili cheese dog uhhh soo good and I can never find them anywhere else!

This place is the WORST IN THE WHOLE world. there pizza was horrible I nearly threw up. The man at the counter was so rude and, and ignored dme for a really long time until I finally went up and told him for the 15th time. The food and service were horrible might never go again, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive tried to go in and bowl several times with my friends in the past month and they havent had any lanes open due to league bowling. You cant reserve a lane if you arent in a league. It is not friendly to casual players and its not worth the gas to drive there.

I cant describe how much I love this place, it provides great food, and friendly service. Bowled here many times and score high all the time! This is a great hangout place and awesome for parties.

The place is in pretty good shape. The ramps for the kids were pretty rough looking and crooked. There was no option to only have bumpers up for just the kids. We all had to use bumpers.
