My cousins and I went here last night and the service was absolutely horrible, the woman/man (couldnt tell gender) was so rude and obviously just wanted authority over the entire building. We were not rambunctious or any type of trouble. This man/woman had a horrible attitude the entire time. It was 11 pm and I was using kiddie ramp and she rudely came and took it and said I cannot use it, and went and set it by a wall. There were no children there, there was actually just my group and another group in the building at the time. And its not like I was abusing the ramp lol. My cousin weights 90 pounds and her boyfriend maybe 130 and she yelled at them for sharing a chair because she said it would break. There was also a sign that said "No drinks beyond this point" so my cousin put his drink in an appropriate spot and she came along and made him throw it away. Long story short, one unpleasant employee ruined majority of the experience of an enjoyable night for my family and I. Last time I spend any money there.

Bill was a horrible attendant and was very rude. Shut our game down early for no reason. Dont bowl at night, bowl in the day when the nice attendants are on duty. Plus at night a lot of people "hang out" without buying anything; they take up tables and listen to the music and arent even patrons.
