This is a really lovely thing to do, to take your family for an afternoon out. The aircraft are gorgeous and the pilots, from what I could gather, are history buffs and Air Force men. This isnt their hobby - its their passion, to make these beautiful historic aircraft available to the rest of us while having fun doing what they love. We live between their airfield and Manassas airport and Ive seen them flying over more than once, on their way to some show or another. Everyone at their little airfield is very nice and informative, and all seem to be having a blast. After the show, you can walk onto the airfield and examine these historic airplanes up close and speak with their owners/pilots. There is a concession stand with plenty of food, drinks and ice cream, nice grilled burgers, and picnic tables so you can really make a day of it. The show is fun - wingwalkers, skydivers, and aerobatics. Bring your picnic, and dont be afraid of the prices for a plane ride - we rode in a Waco and while it wasnt cheap, it was exciting and made my heart jump! We were screaming and throwing thumbs up to our pilot seated behind us. A definite must-do but sign up as soon as you get there - its first come, first serve. When we landed our pilot was ear-to-ear grins, and I asked him, "How can you not wake up every morning and do this?" I actually lost an earring when they pulled the flight cap off of my head, and the charming pilot and crew literally took half the cockpit apart to find it for me. It was a lovely day, really nice thing to do together, and I think we are going again tomorrow. My husband wants to do the aerobatic ride - I will just sit in the shade and wave. Im quite happy to support such a worthwhile, local business.

Truly a great place to spend the afternoon on a weekend. Pet and kid friendly. Family oriented. It appears to be one of the few places left where you can actually catch a plane ride right on the spot. The show itself is very well presented and quite entertaining. Guaranteed to have a great time. Restroom and concessions on site. Very well organized. Plenty of parking. You must definitely need to bring umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of space to sit on though. Bring sunscreen too. The acrobatics are amazing. This is actually one of the few places left of this kind so lets support it. Worth the drive if you are not from the area.

Barnstorming shows are something of our history, or heritage. So few still exist that we must embrace and enjoy the ones that we do have. The Flying Circus (FCA) is by far one of the most entertaining shows we have been to. This will be our third year in a row driving the family from Massachusetts to Virginia to enjoy the Sunday festivities. It has become and will remain an absolute tradition for us.

In the middle of nowhere find! Great place for families, kids of all ages, and all aviation enthusiasts! Just remember an umbrella (for shade) and sunblock. The show lasted about 2 hours. They added some comedy to keep the audiences attention and had a few spectacular fast paced sections. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive time to spend with family.

An iconic family destination on the east coast. Its one of the gems of the DC area. If youre in town you definitely need to check this out. Fun for the whole family, affordable, in the great outdoors and serves as a great history lesson.

Engaging and exciting. This is what aviation is about! The show is put together each week by aviation enthusiasts whom own their own aircraft and fly for the love of flying. Highly recommended!

What a friendly group. fun and exciting. I went on the acrobatic ride and it was the greatest! My wife loved he regular ride. very reasonable prices and dedicated staff!

A great place to practice powered paragliding. Friendly owner. Ive never been to the airshow but Im glad to hear but that kind of thing still happens.

Came here for the annual balloon show. Expected to see more of them, but due to air not being in the right direction there were few.

A great place to take the family for some old fashion air shows. Also you can get a ride in a biplane. Great fun.
